Extensive capabilities, links to many other applications, can be customised to client requirements, continually developing, many tools in one package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Sometimes, tutorials lag behind updates or new feature releases. Many hidden charges on actions, premium actions, messages, automation—and a recent development to start charging for additional functionality, where we bought the application as an expanding, ever-developing platform, the R & D for which we are already paying in our monthly subscriptions. Don't make the same error as Groove.cm / Groove.ai who betrayed those that bought in to one concept as "founding members" only to get asked to pay again for a change in their direction, which was funded by the payments founders had already paid! What do you like best about HighLevel?

I liked the most automated workflows, it is effortless to use and convenient for marketing.

We can easily connect with other platforms by using inbound triggers and webhooks.

When we are stuck somewhere, we can reach out to customer support, they are very good at taking care of your all issues. we can easily create templates and automate workflows, It is very easy to implement anything.

In highlevel, there are so many important actions that are premium.

"Very good, wish it could host live stream also"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

Easy to create automations and websites, courses and communities, needs to add a way to host live stream events on page and use the software to gather important information from attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

GHL would greatly improve my ability to sell if it made it easier to host live stream on page "easier to add on page Zoom or other" So I can still use the CRM to gather important attendee information while participating in the Zoom. It would be nice if Stripe or other provider let you use multiple bank accounts, and it would be nice if it was easier to get A2P registered, It would be nice if you could clone sub sections of a course into another course so you don't have to build it all out again. I want to be able to host live stream inside of communities for weekly check ins/ etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am struggling in getting a phone number for my clients in Rep. of Ireland. doesn't offer SMS and Toll Numbers and the local phone numbers are limited. May I request to broaden/widen up more the filter search option for local phone numbers please. and could you please update it with twilio about SMS and Toll capabilities in Ireland please. I couldnt offer missed call text back and the Voice AI which supposed to be whatI offer in my business but I am stuck with it. PLease Help!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You're absolutely right that current limitations with Twilio in certain regions — including Ireland — can impact key features like Missed Call Text Back and Voice AI. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when those capabilities are core to your client offering.

We’ve shared your feedback with our Product and Carrier Relations teams, and we are actively working with Twilio to expand number availability and feature coverage. While some constraints are on the carrier side, we’re committed to advocating for broader support and are exploring alternative telecom options as well.

In the meantime, we recommend checking back periodically in the number search or opening a support ticket so we can notify you directly as soon as compatible numbers or new capabilities become available for Ireland.
