What do you like best about Higher Logic Thrive?

The ability to have both a community and email marketing platform combine is very helpful! We need to look at our full communications cycle and by using Higher Logic Thrive you are able to capture how people are communicating on your communities and engaging in email then pull it together to give them a personalized experience. On the email automation side I also love that Thrive Marketing is robust but still easy to use. Other platforms are so robust that it's hard to do the basics but with Thrive Marketing you can do a lot through automated campaigns, engagement scoring, and audience segmenting while also being able to quickly get an email out the door. I love that it provides our members with a one-stop spot for all of their online networking needs and accessing resources. Customer support is fanstastic and they have made implimentation a breeze! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Higher Logic Thrive?

I wisht here was a bulk upload option for filling out our resource libraries with multiple entries at once. I love that I can attach multiple files to a single entry, grouping them together. However, it would be even more beneficial if I could prepare multiple library entries at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Higher Logic Thrive?

It was a very easy transition from our old HL community to Thrive. Had a great transition team and have had wonderful support since. The Thrive community is easy to edit and having the Thrive marketing along with it is making my job much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Higher Logic Thrive?

When we made the switch Thrive membership was only for individuals. That has changed and I just found that out while at Super Forum. What do you like best about Higher Logic Thrive?

What I like the best about Higher Logic is that the platform is built for associations. Having the neccessary tools and resources available to our team that help our society's marketing and community efforts allows us to focus on our plans without reinventing the wheel. What do you dislike about Higher Logic Thrive?

Sometimes I encounter bugs in the informz platform specifically when I'm working on an email. Examples include emails not saving resulting in lost progress and informz being unaccessible at random times of the work day.

I've worked with Higher Logic for 9 years, implementing communities at 2 different associations. I'm not a highly technical person, and I love that the HL staff is ready and willing to jump in and help to ensure your implement is successful and to provide ongoing support. What do you like best about Higher Logic Thrive?

Our association just signed with Higher Logic Thrive and have been working with them to move to THRIVE for emailing/community. I am very new to my association but what I have gathered from my conversations with staff (through email or during their Super Forum) or with known coworkers is that they really care about their clients and strive to help us succeed. At this time, I have nothing to say about dislikes for Higher Logic. I am a little concerned with email and campaigns overlapping - I was hoping there would be a tool to prevent us from sending a member multiple emails on a day by accident but there isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
