Hearsay has always been helpful. Our account manager and other team members are always timely in their responses and available for communication. The accessability of getting ahold of people. Customer service. Ann-Grace has always been good about reaching out and sceduling meeting. If there is ever an issue that arises I feel confident she would reply back quickly or appoint me or team memebers to the write person. The social media aspect is very user friednly and quick to learn. The intergration of other products/platforms is easy to set up and implement for our advisors. Support during implementation and then transitioning to customer care has been great. The team has been attentive and available. The product (Relate) has been an excellent fit and works reliably. We use the Salesforce integration and it works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
