The simple and user friendly interface makes navigating very easy. I really value the content included in the survey which is very usefula nd applicable to my responses to clients. I also appreciate GWI's willingness to collaborate with Condé Nast to ehlp make the platform as valuable for us aspossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inflexibility of ammending atribtues in a crosstab e.g. not being able to go in and edit merged groups. I also do not like the format of the crosstab exports. Crucially, it is difficult thats some of our magazine titles only exist on GWI Core Plus and we can't use them in conjucion with Core Zetgeist attributes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy and intuitive the work with GWI is. The structure of the sections and the search bar contribute further to the fast and effective work.
The dashboards are something that I discovered last year and I can say that they are very helpful when you need to find more for a specific audience and what to consider different things. The new feeature - exporting dashboards as PNG is also great - they can be inserted directly in presentations.

I like that GWI has a wide range of consumer data specific to Canada, which is otherwise difficult to source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it had more data interpretation support. I also wish the charts feature allowed you to group questions together when sorting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While there's lots of things I like about the product in terms of UI and the new AI functionality, the thing I actually like most about it is that the data stacks up against other trusted 3rd party sources in my market. This makes it very easy for me and my clients to trust comparitive data for other markets - which we use a lot. Customer support is also very fast and any query or issue I've ever had is resolved quickly. It's a tool I use pretty much daily now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's functionality. I love using it to create various charts and niche audiences that help us out on a day-to-day basis.

I'm not a huge fan of the way the data has been siloed so that you have to pay an extra subscription to get the full dataset. I understand why this happens though, so it's not a huge issue.
Occassionally, the search function can be difficult as it brings up every question/answer that contains the certain word I'm searching for. I normally only need the first few so this tends to be unnecessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It is hard to find the right "question" for what I am searching for, even I have the PDF
- Many bugs in the platform (like search fields not working), search buttons are hidden, Waves sometimes come up, which are not in the system etc.
Sometimes it feels, that we could need/have UA test in a regular way :)

In my role as a digital insights strategist, I have used most 'big' providers for for research and insights, and while I love the GWI platform... I think the team that I engage with at GWI who share the latest data sets with me, and help our teams run new business bids, are easily what makes the purchase of GWI well worth it. Everyone in the team at GWI who I've ever interacted with at GWI are not only highly experienced in their knowledge, but as people are a real delight. In buying GWI, you're not only getting an excellent insights platform that provides valuable intelligence, you're also buying access to a team of absolute gems that are there by your side. Like most insights platforms, GWI has implemented an AI-driven tool into it's workflow, which in the sake of balance I haven't found that useful. There is a huge range of information within GWI, which I'm comfortable fetching in the usual way, but I haven't found the AI yet any better at allowing me to interoagte their data. I find that you often have to prompt the AI in a way that would direct it towards specific survey questions and how they are worded. That it's global. For my country this is the only available research that allows comparisons with another countries.

GWI provides the ability to combine sector specific questions with a core dataset that covers demographics, personality and touchpoint. In a world where context is becoming just as important as content, this is invalauable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The two biggest complaints are the underprovision of lifestyle statements and stacking monthly topics or combining datsets is severely restricted by sample sizes and locations. Datsets beyond core such as the zeitgeist topics are incredible for providing more detail into how content makes consumers FEEL, but restricts you to the wave, sample size and locations of that particular topic. While I understand the cross market translation challenges of lifestyle statements or more qualtiative experience based questions - the statements we do have tend to feel repetitive. Adding international personality based frameworks such as OCEAN may help here, or adding stronger varations in personality statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
