I was very excited with this tool as it offers an amazing tracking system for projects. It appears user-friendly and allows customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not as friendly as we had expected in regards to Salesforce integration. The initial setup was very easy and looking thru the workflow rule that came with the installed package is simple to understand. A huge part of our decision with this tool was its ability to integrate with Salesforce but there are many complications/limitations when wanting to sync additional fields beyond their basic install. It can be done via Zapier which requires purchasing Zapier. We're finding it's still limited in what can be synced and when I requested help, I was provided a bunch of Zapier resources but informed for further assistance I would need to hire a Zapier expert.
The same goes for using Salesforce Apex Classes. I have been going thru the details over and over and it seems like something is missing. I think there is something missing from the installed package but I could be wrong. Hard to say when I'm informed to get a Salesforce Developer. I am a Salesforce Admin with limited developer skills and have connected with a few developers and we think there may missing pieces of information. It would be nice if someone did an example tutorial video and/or documentation in the order of steps showing what they did. I understand each customer will have different approaches but it would go a really long way to see an example from start to finish.
We might need to consider a different option if we can't get additional fields from Salesforce integrated with GuideCx. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GUIDEcx offers an amazing platform, which allows us to automate a tremendous amount of communication to clients, thus reducing work hours for our internal team members. And, it offers all this functionality while being super easy to use and understand.
With clearly set roles/permissions along with the details we build out in templates, we reduce the risk of human error and ensure compliance on our SOPs.
Implementation has been very easy so far, and I feel very supported by the GUIDEcx team with all of our questions.
I'm very excited to implement integrations across our other internal systems for consistency in reporting and transparency in project status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, GUIDEcx can take a long time to load pages, especially for large projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GUIDEcx has helped us move into the modern ages of onboarding new clients - with spreadsheets, post it notes and uncontrolled communication being a thing of the past. Through GUIDEcx we are able to manage projects with true colloboration with our clients, with each stakeholder able to see how a project is performing.
The implementation phase was really simple, with recipe builders for our integrations making life mega easy. The onboarding from GUIDEcx was truly fully supported to, with resource on hand to answer silly questions, assist with template creation and made sure we could use the software in a short period of time. At this point, we have so many positives around the GUIDEcx, there is not a lot to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has helped me to organize my projects and clearly define what needs to be done, who needs to do it, and when it needs to be done, without having to chase down any communication, as well as keeping all of that communication in one place. Once set up, it has been very easy to use and tweak as I improve our process, and Shaun at GUIDEcx as well as their support team have been quick to respond to any questions I've had. I wouldn't consider it a downside, just a necessity to be prepared for: depending on what kind of project(s) you have and the granularity of detail you have in your tasks, it can be a pretty lengthy job to get your schema set up. However, again, it is a necessary part of it, and while it can take some time, it is also helpful to look at your projects under a microscope to better define them and then tweak them. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple project management software in this, by far, is the easiest for myself and ESPECIALLY for my clients. The ease of them not having to actually go into the project to see what needs to be done is a game changer. And that it sends them reminders when things are due?! Talk about geting much needed time back on my calendar to get other projects done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i would love the ability to have mulitple people assigned to a task Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GuideCX has a great user interface that makes it easy to set up project templates and then visually track the progress of project related tasks. We can then easily syncronize these projects with Salesforce to include in Salesforce-generated reports. The GuideCX team (Sales, Support, and Customer Success) have always been extremely responsive and helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The formatting and customization options for customer-facing emails are limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have yet to come across any downfalls of using the GUIDEcx. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This has centralized my task list for Onboarding (Implementation). Instead of going from Sharepoint to the wiki, to my documents, and through several systems to find what I need, everything is in one Central spot. It also is great to be able to, at a glance, see for myself, (and also give the customer a view), or where we are in the project, what we have left, what delays will do to the overall project, etc... I cannot change task due dates in mass. I have to do it task by task. We have training tracks where we have a milestone for each person. So if a date gets pushed, I have to change it for each individual person, and then for each task beyond that. We don't use dependencies because the training order could change, we don't want to force the order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GUIDEcx has helped us tame the onboarding task chaos we have that used to be run using several different systems. It helps our onboarders know what is next and gives us visibility into what our customers need to do and what they have not done all in a single place. It gives us the opportunity to have conversations on project delay due to incomplete tasks because of the visibility it provides. It gives our customers visibility into our tasks (to our allowed degree) so it keeps us accountable.
Our onboarding is involved, so it has taken us a bit to hit a stride with the tool and there is a lot that we are still learning. Just this week we saw the power of CSATs and were able to put that data to use. Overall, we have found it pretty easy to use for the power that it has and we have plans to extend our use cases for it beyond just onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Any downsides I can think of are nitty gritty software things, like you can't copy a task from one project to another. This is only a downside because it is something we could really use. There is a remedy possibly coming as part of a future enhancement I am told. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love how GUIDEcx takes the guesswork and remembering out of the day-to-day of my job. By having a well built plan and flexibility to use templates for onboarding, I am able to give a consistent and meaningful onboarding experience to each of my customers. I rely on the notifications and reporting to make sure I am completing the right tasks at the right time.
I also love how supportive the company is. When submitting a ticket or giving a suggestion on future features, the response is always quick and personal. I have really enjoyed the hands on approach that GUIDEcx as a company takes to amke sure that the program is able to meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the hardest part of GUIDEcx is just making it central to your day. It does a wonderful job, I just need to make sure I am refering to it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GUIDEcx is a fabulous tool for ensuring our implementation process is completed in full. We are able to use the numerous amount of features to make the process unique to our company. I personally use GUIDEcx mutiple times a day and I love the user friendly platform. The customer support provided when I have questions is quick and detailed. I would recommend using GUIDEcx to any company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are few things I don't like about GUIDEcx. One that I know they are currently working on is deleting multiple attachment that are upload when an email has signature images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
