It's the first dual facing (Internal+client) project management tool I'd ever heard of. It solves a major challenge when it comes to leading a client through their mandatory tasks and activities necessary for a successful implementation of your product or service. And its not that they don't want to do it, its that they dont have adequate and effective strcuture and process to manage the things they need to complete.
