Quite a few things. The single pane of glass to monitor across our entire client base is huge. A true multi-tennant architecture so our clients can address referred issues when needed without seeing other clients info. An easy to use and understand interface. The ability to use AI to reduce false positives and alert us to serious issues that need investigation and remediation. The team itself is responsive and helpful when we need assistance or alert them to feature requests needed by our clients. It's not really about Guardz. We have an uphill battle to continue to educate our clients and prospects of the need to upgrade their security posture to do as much as possible to prevent attacks and intrusions. One of the standout selling points for our customers is the cyber training courses. These well-designed courses effectively train employees to recognize and prevent cyber threats. They can be scheduled in manageable increments, allowing employees to complete a few courses each month, with Guardz tracking their progress.

Dislike, well, price for once. But who doesn't have issues with price. The only feature that could use some tweaking is the spam filtering. I know some stuff is in the works to address that but for the time being, the fact that it doesn't function as a full spam filter with quarenties and digest/report filtering and delivery is why I have most our client on other spam filtering solutions. I can choose to focus on whatever I need to while ensuring everything else doesn't get forgotten about in the security posture. Guardz comes budled with several different features for my customers, all of which would cost far more if I were to attempt to tool them separately. I like the ease with which it can be setup, we had the platform up and running for a customer in about an hour.
