## Keeper Password Manager Reviews
  ### 1. Secure, Smooth Password Management That Keeps My Work Accounts Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It makes daily account handling more easy and organized for my work. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so I use many work platforms, professional logins and important records every day. managing passwords and different account details was sometimes confusing, especially while switching between clinic work and content related tasks. Now everything stays in one secure place and I can access accounts more quickly during work. Auto fill feature saves time while logging into different platforms and browser use also feels smooth during regular workflow. I also use it for storing important records and document related information, so things stay more organized instead of keeping details in different places.

The Chrome extension is also very useful during daily work because login suggestions and autofill appear directly while opening work platforms in browser, which saves time and makes account access faster. Security audit and alert features are useful because they help me check if passwords are weak or repeated. Performance also feels stable during daily use because vault access, browser autofill and account switching work smoothly most of the time without slowing down workflow.

Interface is simple after some regular use and implementation was also easy for me. Features feels enough for practical professional use without making the platform complicated. Overall, it helps me manage work accounts, important details and daily login related tasks in a more secure and smooth way.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

sometimes when I switch between many work accounts during clinic and content related work, the browser extension does not always fill login details instantly and I need to refresh or reopen the page. I also noticed that if too many records are stored together, managing folders and organizing entries properly takes some time in the beginning. For new users, some security related settings and options can also feel little overwhelming at first because there are many controls inside the vault. Apart from that, after regular use the workflow becomes more comfortable and organized.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of managing many work accounts, important records and login details in one secure place instead of keeping everything separately or trying to remember passwords manually. In my work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, while managing clinic related tasks and creating health education content, I regularly switch between different work platforms, professional accounts and browser logins, so it helps make daily workflow more organized and less confusing.

The browser extension and autofill features save time during work because account access becomes faster while handling multiple tasks together. It is also useful for storing important document related information and professional records more securely. Security audit and alert features help me identify weak or repeated passwords, which gives better control over account safety. Overall, it is benefiting me by improving account management, saving login time and making daily professional work more smooth and secure.

  ### 2. The Professional Choice: Robust Vault Features with Nice Admin Oversight

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maris B. | Head of Information Technology, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It is easy to pick up and deploy company wide. The user interface is good enough, and it is easy to share the data with other employees a teams. There is a wide range of items you can save in the vault. Can save also payment cards information. The security is quite a high level. The mobile and desktop apps work well. Chrome extension is very helpful for saving and using passwords in the browser. Admins can see how strong user passwords are and ask users to update them – that helps to monitor the security level for the whole company.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The user interface is a little outdated but works well. With the leaving employees, the transfer is a little tricky but manageable. The mobile app feels a little less functional compared to the desktop application, which is harder on the go.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solves a password security and sharing problem in a company. We needed a solution where users can easily save and share passwords and admins can overview the setup. All this works very well. As a result, we have a higher security level in the company.

  ### 3. One Password, Total Security Peace of Mind with KEEPER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eduardo J. | Coordinador de Ciberseguridad, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It has made my life much easier and significantly more secure. I only need to remember one master password, while Keeper safely manages all my other credentials. The autofill feature is fast and reliable, and the overall experience is simple, efficient, and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There are no major downsides in terms of functionality or usability, but the pricing can feel a bit high compared to some alternatives. However, the level of security, features, and reliability it provides helps justify the cost.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Keeper, managing multiple passwords was time-consuming and insecure, often leading to reused or forgotten credentials. Now, everything is stored securely in one place, with autofill and password generation making access fast and safe. This has saved time, reduced risk, and made managing accounts much more efficient.

  ### 4. Fast, Convenient Password Management with Effortless Autofill

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

once you start using keeper its impossible to go back mainly for the ease and convenience using keeper gives you but also because your passwords become 20 digits long and so insanely random if you can remember even one of them you are on a different level!

Keeper has a few nice features, the integrations into web browsers makes filling in user names and passwords automatic as you open the page and if you do need to change your password you can just click through the walkthrough and it generates and saves your new password with no fuss.

Keeper is a fast password manager, from loading the page keeper has autofilled the details and logged you in, the amount of time it saves is great and if any issues arise the support is great and back you back up and running in no time.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

A lot of the features we did have...like breach watch now require a different level of license which i suppose is what a lot of companies are doing but tech now you do get less for the license fee.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its saving so much time, i log in and out of a lot of software and online platform in my day to day activities and having keeper auto fill my user name and passwords and login just saves so much time as its just done and i can load the page and go straight into working instead of entering details and trying to remember my password.

  ### 5. Flexible Team Password Sharing with Powerful Auto-Rotation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper offers a lot of flexibility. It has a solid system for sharing passwords with teams, and we really like the ability to auto-rotate passwords both on-premises and in the cloud. Entering credentials is straightforward, and it also lets us add custom fields as well as TOTP codes.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While I appreciate the product’s flexibility, I did run into some friction during setup, mainly around the auto-rotation features. Also, capturing QR codes to set up TOTP requires the desktop app, which I find a bit clunky since it feels more like an embedded web page and still makes you log in through your browser for SSO.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables our teams to share passwords safely when they need to, and it helps move passwords out of text files and Excel spreadsheets, which improves our overall security posture.

  ### 6. Strong Encryption and Easy Sharing, but Auto-Fill Issues Persist

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney C. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate the encryption and being able to share passwords easily with employees our organization.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

One of the reasons I originally loved Keeper so much was the auto-fill tool; however, it hasn't worked in months and despite contacting customer service several times, no one can figure it out, which is quite frustrating.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to keep a password book, but we ended up reusing the same passwords, which isn’t the safest approach. Keeper helps us create unique passwords and keep them organized and accessible within the organization.

  ### 7. Easy to use password manager for team collaboration and credentials sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper introduced Real Time thread monitoring, improwed browser extension features and privileged access management. With KeeperAI we are now more confident with automatically detecting real time attacks and unauthorized access as sessions have been monitored in real time with the application of thread classidication.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

More improvements in area of integration with other tools.. In addition, it wouldbhelp if there was an option for better control of password auto fill feature as it is sometimes anoying and even intrusive. We would prefer more manual control over this feature

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since this is a cloud based solution, it is much easier to get the access to shared credentials and manage passwords with our team members. In adition, the option of injecting the password by using web browser plugin was very valuable.

  ### 8. Strong Security, Slight Complexity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya G.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I like most about Keeper Password Manager is the combination of strong security controls, one-time sharing links, and ease of use. The platform makes it simple for users to adopt better practices without adding friction to their daily workflows. Features such as secure sharing, role-based access, and centralized administration work well together to improve security.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Some advanced administrative features and policy settings can feel complex, particularly for organizations with diverse user groups and access models. Reporting and auditing capabilities could be more intuitive and especially for teams that need quick visibility without exporting data. Pricing is also on the higher end compared to similar solutions, which can be a consideration as usage scales for larger organizations like us.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to securely store, manage, and share credentials across the organization, reducing risks from password reuse and manual handling while giving administrators visibility and control over access management.

  ### 9. Exceptionally Secure and (Mostly) User-Friendly Password Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey W. | Specialist, Professional Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It is *very* secure and it is actually surprisingly user friendly in terms of storing and organizing passwords and multiple logins under one site/account. I also do like that it is a stand alone desktop application AND can function pretty similarly as a browser plug-in/extension.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find it frustrating to have to log-in repeatedly and how frequently that log-in will time out and require me to log back in. I don't believe that has to do with the application necessarily but more so how we use it as an organization.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has added another layer of organizational security to our processes and accounts. I would say that is the biggest benefit, though another helpful use is that there is also some organizational control in case of account lock outs/resets that allow for us to obtain assistance from our IT Manager and/or IT security vendor.

  ### 10. Keeper has been a game changer / but pricing changes are unacceptabl

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We still like the ease of use of keeper. I really like the two-factor authentication that has made a big difference for our department since we have a number of shared logins.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

We being forced to evaluate alternatives due to their constant price increases. When we purchased it we were assured that they would not exceed CPI however to get around this they did away with the tier of support we originally purchased and are starting to price themselves out of our business.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had an unsecure method for shared passwords. This is a much better solution. We also frequently had to reset passwords when employees left. With keeper we are able to hide passwords so that no one ever even sees them. Even if they were to see them we use keeper to auto generate complex unique passwords which would make if difficult for anyone to retain them.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hello- Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to write a review.

We sincerely apologize for the recent challenges you've encountered with renewing your subscription. Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels valued, and we understand how important fair pricing is to your experience with us. Our pricing model has not changed and remains competitive to the market; however, our discounting policy has been updated to further align with industry standards.

Thank you for your continued trust in Keeper, and we look forward to improving your experience moving forward.

  ### 11. Effortless Password Management with Seamless Integration and Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee D. | Senior Technical Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like how easy it is to create passwords, add 2FA to passwords, share passwords with other and view password changes and revert to an older password if needed. I use this product every day. The deployment is really easy, I can have a client onboarded withing 30 minutes now and integrates well with Microsoft 365. The customer support has been really helpful when i've needed to use them.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I feel like the reporting could be a bit better, especially for identifying what websites are at risk for users. Apart from that i'm really happy with the product.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to help clients pass Cyber Essentials and since implementing Keeper clients have had less passwords compromised.

  ### 12. Extremely Versatile Credential Management, Minor Glitches with Latest Update

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Director of Network Infrastructure, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I love the fact that i can store usernames, passwords, and mfa codes. The software will allow you to click a website login URL Link from within Keeperfill, and either use hot keys to fill in your credentials or click the fields and choose the appropriate info that you wanted “filled-in” by Keeper. Keeperfill also allows you to fill in passwords for non- website applications such as remote desktop credentials, etc.

I Also love the sync, mobile app and the ability to switch between my personal account and a business account

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Latest version seems to be having a
Conflict with copilot or AI that tries to answer questions, as it will sometime not fill in information correctly. I know that keeper completely rebuilt the keeper fill part recently and it will probably take a little time to work out the bugs. I simply went back to an older version until the problem is resolved. I'll keep testing the latest versions on my test pc until I update our fleet of PCs.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has eliminated many user lock-outs from our employees, and allows for easily complex
Password creation so that they don’t use the same password for many things

  ### 13. Innovative, User-Friendly Password Manager—But Pricing Could Be Clearer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andrew.tsui@mtjf.ca T. | Senior IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Innovative and easy to use.

We were looking for a replacement for LastPass and are glad we came across Keeper. The browser add-on works seamlessly, and the admin console is intuitive and easy to navigate.

As with any password management solution, adoption is critical. Keeper proved far easier for our organization, both in terms of rollout and integration. Our users especially appreciate features like the Security Audit, which highlights reused or weak passwords, and Breachwatch, which alerts them if their credentials appear on the dark web.

I haven't had the opportunity to engage with customer support yet, so I can't comment on that aspect. From an administrative perspective, however, the reporting tools are thorough and robust, making it teasy to identify who's using Keeper and how often.

Overall, Keeper password management simpler, more transparent, and more secure for our organization.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Cost and Sales tactics

Be prepared to pay for an expensive solution. A quick search online regarding cost and Keeper will yield results identifying that they've changed up their cost model and discounting. This left previous contracts and quotes for others difficult to honor, ours included. While the product itself is strong, the pricing transparency and consistency could be improved.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a password management solution. It solves that problem. It also allows me to identify who's being compliant.

  ### 14. Keeper Security Password Management – Enterprise Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam F. | Information Technology Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Deploying Keeper Password Manager across our enterprise was a seamless experience. The platform was straightforward to implement, and Keeper’s team provided multiple training sessions that greatly facilitated user onboarding. Their proactive support ensured that our staff felt confident using the system from day one.

What stands out most is Keeper’s responsive and knowledgeable support. Every question we had—technical or operational—was addressed promptly and thoroughly.

I’ve recommended Keeper to colleagues and family members, and I’ll continue to do so. It’s a reliable, secure, and user-friendly solution for password and secrets management.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only challenge I’ve encountered with Keeper Password Manager is distinguishing between locally managed accounts and those provisioned through Azure. It can be a bit confusing at times, as I need to remember to select the correct directory to locate the accounts I’m looking for.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper has significantly improved our ability to securely manage and share passwords, secrets, encryption keys, and service account credentials. The integration of SAML with multi-factor authentication (MFA) added an essential layer of security, and their support team was instrumental in helping us configure it correctly.

  ### 15. Keeper is a great password manager service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason R. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

User friendly, ability to access the application. Can be done via browser widget, web portal, mobile app or desktop app. It allows the ability in the work environment to share passwords securely without actually letting the other users know what it is. The application being able to be that 2fa/mfa option is very nice as well. Not having to dig out the key fob, or go into a mobile app to grab the code, its right there in Keeper. This ability makes it more conveinent for when users change devices, don't have to "re key" accounts, its cloud based, follows you where you need to go.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes using allowing Keeper to assist in updating a password within the browser is hit or miss. It could be user error, but don't always get the password process correct, and then I have to reset the password because the one keeper has isn't working.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securely storing passwords, both for IT department and end users. The convenience of the MFA/2FA ability is very nice as well.

  ### 16. Reliable and Secure Password Management for Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diondre D. | Cybersecurity Analyst I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I appreciate most is how simple it is to create, store, and manage passwords, both for myself and for the entire team. The built-in password generator is excellent, making it easy for us to maintain strong password standards without much effort. Sharing credentials securely with team members is straightforward, and when someone leaves or changes roles, revoking their access is quick and doesn’t require resetting all the passwords. Managing sensitive login information has become much less stressful, and I feel confident that everything is encrypted and well managed.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Setting up the admin features was somewhat challenging at the beginning, particularly when it came to understanding roles and permissions. A few of the settings are not immediately intuitive, so there is definitely a learning curve involved. Additionally, the cost can increase depending on the number of users required. However, despite these points, I find that the security and peace of mind provided make it worthwhile overall.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper has helped us address the issue of scattered and insecure password storage within our teams. Previously, we kept passwords in browsers, spreadsheets, or sometimes even shared them over email, which was clearly neither safe nor sustainable. With Keeper, all our credentials are now stored securely in a single location, and we have the ability to control who can access specific information. The built-in password generator has also made it easier for us to avoid weak or reused passwords by encouraging the use of strong, unique ones. For our team, being able to share credentials securely and immediately revoke access when someone leaves or changes roles has been a significant advantage, providing us with much greater control and visibility from a security perspective.

  ### 17. Excellent Security, But Customer Support and iOS Experience Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davud O. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper securely keeps our organization’s passwords safe and backed up. It also lets group passwords get shared securely. Having a family account free for each user is great and encourages safe password management in and out of work.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

As a company, Keeper’s customer support team hasn’t always been the best. A representative named Cody was argumentative with us as we were migrating and combing 2 Keeper tenants, and ultimately got us locked out of everyone’s passwords. Fortunately we were able to move them all to a different account and get them back. Also, it is frustrating in the iOS app, you can’t switch between personal and work accounts when filling a password. You have to go to the Keeper app, log off and then log back in and then return to the app needing the password.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We went from the Wild West of passwords stored everywhere from browsers to post it notes. People would lose them or sync them to personal browser accounts. Now we are in control of our organization’s passwords.

  ### 18. Feature-Rich, Easy Integration, and Excellent Support with Keeper Password Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** llopez@kuehnecompany.com L. | CyberSecurity Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I am currently using Keeper Password Manager at my organization and have also used it at previous companies. The platform offers a variety of features. Integration is straightforward, allowing you the flexibility to choose between the browser extension or the native desktop app. The browser extension can be deployed via intune, GPO, etc. One feature I find useful is the guided assistant, which helps with changing passwords on linked websites. Additionally, there are several authentication options available, such as SSO and 2FA, among others. I have also interacted with their support team multiple times for other products in their portfolio, and my experiences have always been positive.
Breachwatch is also a nice feature especially if your deploying this org-wide you can generate reports to provide for exec meetings.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I don't have any dislikes about the product. In my experience it is a solid platform that adds value.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps simplify the digital life where you don't need to remember dozens of passwords to different accounts. You have a master vault that is ready to assist you with creating logins for websites. It also helps promote security awareness on the importance of using strong passwords each for a unique account. Keeper password manager also helps with sharing records between users or departments giving users a centralize repository to retrieve credentials when needed.

  ### 19. The best password manager you'll use as an administrator!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emilia G. | IT Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I really like how organized everything is — the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It’s simple to store and find passwords, and the autofill and security features make daily use very efficient. Overall, it feels reliable and user-friendly for both personal and work accounts.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While it’s a great tool overall, some advanced features require extra setup or a paid plan, which can be inconvenient. Syncing between devices occasionally takes a bit of time, and the mobile app could be slightly more responsive. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall experience.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager helps solve the problem of managing multiple passwords securely across our team. It eliminates the need to remember or share passwords manually, reducing the risk of security breaches and human error. The centralized vault makes it easy to organize and access credentials quickly, which saves time and improves productivity. Overall, it helps ensure better password hygiene and compliance with security policies.

  ### 20. Intuitive and Practical Tool - Highly recommended for companies looking to enhance their security.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juliano B. | Information Security Junior, Investment Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The practicality of the tool is something truly considerable, very intuitive to use, aiding in the learning curve. Very quick implementation and great integrations. These items make the daily use of the tool very good and easy to propagate among internal teams.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The tool does not have major problems, it fulfills its purpose very well. But I miss some customizations, such as a dark mode option, as well as the ability to edit or customize the display image of the registration icons. Support in Portuguese would be excellent.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a large number of collaborators saving passwords in insecure ways, such as notepads, spreadsheets, post-its, notebooks, etc. With Keeper, we were able to solve this problem by centralizing passwords in an intelligent and secure way. We managed to register MFA in the records themselves as needed, thus avoiding the use of personal cell phones for this registration. Agility in access, due to the automatic filling, makes it very quick and easy to perform the necessary accesses.

  ### 21. Powerful Command-Line Utility with Excellent Support and Seamless Data Import

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick W. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Using Keeper Commander, the command-line utility for managing Keepersecurity, has proven to be extremely powerful. Setting up teams, importing data from other password vaults, and converting otherwise incompatible formats made it possible for us to import all our data successfully. The customer support we received during the setup phase was excellent and helped us adopt Keeper quickly.

User and team management, shared folders, and the secure sharing of secrets—along with the ability to see exactly with whom they are shared—are all working very well for us. The web browser vault access and plugin are also highly effective. By integrating Keeper with our own IDP and access policies, we are able to prevent the use of Keeper with company data on devices that are not owned by our organization.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

We use 2FA provided by our own IDP instead of Keeper's built-in 2FA, but it appears that this choice negatively affects the overall security score assigned to a user.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When multiple team members share a single username and password to register for other services, the passwords tend to be simplified, are not updated frequently enough, and are often shared among colleagues without any encryption. The BreachWatch tool, along with the personal SecureScore, helps users recognize the importance of using strong encryption.

  ### 22. Easy to Set Up and Customize—A Daily Essential for Managing Logins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Traci B. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is easy to set up, manage, share records, and customize. I use it daily and appreciate that you can organize logins yourself, or use as is.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes updating log ins and passwords can be more manual but I think it depends on the site

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate keeping my large number of logins organized and I dont have to go digging around for passwords

  ### 23. A Stress-Free Way to Manage Passwords and Save Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudia S. | Operations Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Since I use a password manager, I don’t need to stress about forgetting passwords or constantly changing them just to log in to my accounts. Nowadays, it’s one of the best ways to save time and energy.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

So far I am pretty happy with all the tool offers to me.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Waste of time and energy when it comes to login on my accounts.

  ### 24. Keeper Security is a GAME Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy C. | Director of Information Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper continues to deliver superior security and performance

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper's Password Generator could use a visual size (as in font size) scale to fit or an ability to turn on wrapping. It can inadvertently add a <return> or <space> when copied and pasted. It would also be nice to include "general" special character but exclude system used special characters. Not all websites allow ALL special characters.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper allows my non-tech savvy or security-minded users to remain secure. This, in turn, allows my IT Team to know that our users can maintain proper security standards while online.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hi Jeremy- We are always happy to hear how Keeper is providing value to our clients and we strive to provide a seamless implementation experience along with excellent product support. Thank you for your review!

  ### 25. Intuitive Password Manager with great features for the price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azher H. | Product Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Find it to be an intuitive and user-friendly application for managing passwords. We use it organisation-wide to monitor passwords and share credentials (if needed). I find ability to share these passwords via folders or individually is really well built, also like the fact the otp/2fa can be setup very easily for each password. Also the Remote Broswer isolation is a good add-on to monitor your credentials online.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The otp/2fa scanner only works via the desktop application. It would be great if they can fix this. The Admin console UI/UX is very bloated and not the easiest to navigate and understand password policies and set up organisation-wide. Also, we find it a bit challenging to reset passwords for users and in certain cases the users are not prompted for their backup codes or phrases. Customer support can be lacking sometimes.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password management across the organization

  ### 26. Almost perfect

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerry M. | Identity and Access Control Manager., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager is very user-friendly, integrating smoothly with most browsers and operating systems. As an administrator, I find it challenging to encourage people to adopt password managers, but using SSO simplifies the process since there is no need for users to go through a separate sign-up. The ability to share logins, including one-time passwords, means that no single person has to manually confirm or enter a text-based OTP. Additionally, the strong encryption provides reassurance that all records remain secure.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only drawbacks I have experienced are related to the use of biometrics. I have noticed some inconsistencies with Touch ID functionality, which can be frustrating. Another issue is the lack of a confirmation step when adding a one-time password to a record. If you accidentally navigate away from the page—a common occurrence on many sites—the Keeper dropdown disappears, and the updated record is not saved. This can lead to the real problem of being unable to access a website because the OTP was not saved in the Keeper record. It would be helpful if changes were autosaved or if users received an early warning before leaving the page.

Additionally, the admin approval process for users could be improved. When a user signs on for the first time, they require admin approval, but the admin does not receive any notification that an approval is pending. As a result, the user must reach out to the admin separately, which is inconvenient.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KPM is helping to decrease the frequency of password sharing through unsecured channels like chat software, email, and even post-it notes. Additionally, it has enabled us to cut down on some of our subscriptions by allowing multiple users to have viewer access under a single licence, whereas before, each user needed their own licence.

  ### 28. Strong Security Features, But Clunky Interface and Pricey Renewals

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth W. | Senior IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

This is a well-regarded platform that offers a wide range of security features designed to protect both users and administrators.

Lots of information available for an administrator and easy to setup / deploy however not without issues.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper's pricing structure leaves a lot to be desired and they do and will give you a good initial price then hammer you at renewal knowing you will struggle to move away.

Keeper isn't the easiest to use and often does not save passwords or recognise the face there is a password to save making it quite manual and adoption has been harder from the user base due to it being clunky.

Everything is an add-on making the product costly to get real value

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper is helping us to ensure users have secure passwords which are safe and unique (mostly)

  ### 29. Secure, Centralized Password Management with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas F. | Tech Services Analyst II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that Keeper Password Manager provides a centralized location for storing passwords and the added benefit of a personal Keeper account. This really helps us share credentials smoothly, especially during personnel changes. The setup was relatively easy, and the instructions were readily available.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find the interface to change the complexity of the password could be more intuitive. When using the extension in Chrome, it's not as visible as the main interface.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager secures passwords and credentials, solving security issues compared to other methods. It offers a centralized location for sharing credentials during personnel changes, enhanced by a personal Keeper account.

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like Keeper Password Manager's browser extension and phone application. They integrate with everyday use so that it's not cumbersome to use a password vault and keep your information secure.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

New password generation never syncs when you use it to make a new password for you.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager for security in our small business. Its browser extension and phone application make it easy to use daily, ensuring my information is secure.

  ### 32. Secure Sharing and Easy Setup

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Technology Support Technician, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate how Keeper Password Manager protects our passwords with great strength and offers a secure way to share passwords with colleagues. I like that Keeper has a local app and integrates into Chrome, making it convenient to use. Additionally, it was very easy to set up and demonstrate to a team of 20 people.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes it is hard to authorize in constantly to use it. The authorization just seems to be an extra extra step and could be simplified possibly.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to manage and share passwords securely. It provides stronger protection and a secure way to share codes with colleagues.

  ### 33. Peace of Mind for Passwords, Easy Access Across All Devices

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that it gives me extra peace of mind that my passwords are safe, and that they’re easy to access from any device I use—not just Apple devices.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Lately, I’ve noticed a bug in the mobile app on the payment cards page. When I open it, it says I don’t have any saved cards. I then have to log out and log back in for them to show up.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to use a ton of passwords across so many applications for work - this allows me to not use generic and easy to remember (aka easy to hack) passwords

  ### 34. All-in-One Password Manager That's Easy to Use and Enterprise-Ready

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergiy P. | VP of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Robust security policies and access management mechanisms.

A rich feature set for secure password sharing, including options for one-time access, expiry, and contextual sharing.

Strong integration with other Keeper Security services, such as Connection Manager, Remote Browser Isolation, Secrets Manager, and KeeperPAM.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The administrative user interface (UI) is not as intuitive as it could be, with certain features being difficult to locate.
The performance of the Admin UI has been unacceptable over the past couple of months.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager solves several key problems, providing an enterprise-level solution for managing both personal and shared credentials across an organization. Its API integrations allow for the seamless integration of password management into broader business processes. The platform also offers robust reporting capabilities, which enable the benchmarking of the organization's secrets management security posture. A major benefit is its zero-knowledge and zero-trust security architecture, ensuring all data is encrypted on the user's device, so even Keeper itself cannot access the stored information.

  ### 35. Secure and Convenient, But Autofill Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper gives us a reliable way to store the many credentials and login details needed in an IT department. It enables us to access this information quickly, while keeping it safe and secure. I also appreciate that we can use it on our mobile devices, which is especially helpful when our laptops aren't available. Keeper was quite easy to implement and pass along to all our staff. Keeper is used many time a day and hold 100's of pieces of information. Customer support has been excellent at answering any questions we have had. Keeper integrates well with all browsers and operating systems and fit right into our environment.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I've noticed that there are times when Keeper doesn't autofill on certain websites. I wish Keeper could do a better job of identifying the login fields on these pages.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper has addressed the problem of storing credentials through insecure methods. Previously, it was difficult to convince our staff that writing down credentials and keeping them under the keyboard was unsafe. Now, Keeper offers us the convenience of portability, which is especially valuable as we work in a hybrid environment and travel frequently. Having access to all our credentials and information wherever we are is extremely helpful. As a cybersecurity professional, I appreciate knowing that all our data is encrypted and accessible only through multiple authentication methods. Some of our users have even started using Keeper at home, which further helps to keep our company community secure.

  ### 36. Seamless Password Management with Keeper

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryce C. | System Engineer

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We've been using Keeper Password Manager for about five years now, and overall, it's been a solid tool for us. The setup was straightforward—we integrated it with our identity provider for single sign-on, which made onboarding users quick and painless. What I really appreciate is how easy it is for everyone to store and access their passwords securely. The browser plugins work well, and the autofill feature saves a lot of time by handling logins automatically. The one-time share option is also a nice touch when we need to share credentials temporarily without compromising security. Shared folders have been especially useful for team-based access, and the overall user experience is smooth enough that we rarely get support questions about it. From an admin perspective, the integration with our IDP makes managing access and permissions much easier. If I had to decide again, I’d definitely consider Keeper—it’s reliable, easy to use, and covers all the bases we need for enterprise password management. I’d give it a strong recommendation 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The shared folder settings can be a bit difficult...you need to either sync groups from your organization or the users have to add others one at a time. We use the one-time share much more frequently, but then the other user needs to store the password in their vault separately.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager secures our passwords and boosts efficiency with easy access via plugins and autofill. It fosters seamless password sharing for team collaboration. With the number of passwords a user needs to know these days, Keeper really makes the process simple and removes the need for users to have to memorize or write them down.

  ### 37. Essential for IT Admins—Keeper is secure, scalable, and smart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gareth G. | IT Systems Administrator, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

As an IT Systems Administrator, I’ve tested and deployed several password management solutions, and Keeper stands out as the most secure and user-friendly platform I’ve worked with.

What I like best is Keeper’s zero-trust, zero-knowledge architecture—it ensures that even Keeper can’t access our vaults.

One personal experience that really highlighted Keeper’s value: we had a situation where a team member left unexpectedly, and we needed to quickly revoke access and reassign credentials. With Keeper’s role-based access controls and audit logs, I was able to do this in minutes. The admin console gave me full visibility and control, and the transition was seamless.

Upsides of using Keeper:

-Cross-platform compatibility
-Secure sharing: Vault-to-vault sharing and emergency access are perfect for team collaboration.
-Compliance-ready: Keeper helps us meet security standards like GDPR.
-Scalable for teams: Easy onboarding, AD integration, and centralised management.

I highly recommend it to any IT professional or organisation serious about protecting their credentials.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find this question really difficult. The only minor drawback I’ve encountered is that some advanced admin features require a bit of a learning curve, especially when configuring enterprise policies. However, Keeper’s documentation and support team are excellent, so it’s easily manageable.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an IT Systems Administrator, one of the biggest challenges we face is ensuring that passwords and sensitive access credentials are stored securely, shared appropriately, and rotated regularly. Before Keeper, people relied on spreadsheets and browser-based tools, which were risky, hard to audit, and not scalable. Keeper solved these problems by, centralising password management.

We've also noticed a reduction in password-related support tickets, users are less likely to forget or reuse weak passwords. What's more, it has enhanced auditability and compliance: Keeper’s reporting tools and logs help us meet internal audit requirements and external standards like GDPR. It also helps protecting against breaches and phishing.

The benefit to me and my organisation is peace of mind, operational efficiency, and a stronger security posture. It’s helped us reduce risk, save time, and improve collaboration across departments.

  ### 38. Intuitive and Secure with Great Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy T. | Cyberhood Watch Ambassador - Volunteer

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find Keeper Password Manager to be really intuitive, which has made managing passwords much easier for me and the staff at the institute. The training provided was excellent, adding to the software's usability. I appreciate the resilience and customization options available, allowing us to adapt to our specific needs. The setup process was quite straightforward, feeling similar to other IT platforms with an 'out of the box' experience that was easy to customize. I value the enforcement policy and the account transfer vault features, as these have proven incredibly useful. Keeper has significantly improved our security posture by mitigating risks related to saving passwords in browsers, thus providing peace of mind. The presence of zero trust architecture ensures a robust security framework, which is an aspect I highly appreciate. I also like that Keeper consistently works well across browsers and comes with a user-friendly app, contributing to its overall effectiveness. These features, combined with its enterprise management capabilities, position Keeper as a top choice for us.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

N/A

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to securely manage passwords, preventing browser-based leaks and enabling seamless role transitions, giving me peace of mind and improving security and resilience.

  ### 39. A wonderful product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arica P. | Information Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I have used many password vaults in the past and to me some make them very confusing. Keeper is very easy to use and easy to explain how to use. I am the administrator and being how it is setup like file explorer people understand that really well. Showing them how to do certain things is easy. It is easy to implement as well as has a number of features that other companies do not use. I have not had to call customer support so that is a positive. I make everyone in our company use this.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There is nothing that I dislike about keeper.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People do not post passwords on cupboards anymore as they are sharing passwords through keeper now.

  ### 40. Excellent foundation – just a few steps from perfection!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrius L. | System Administration Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager offers an outstanding user interface—clean, intuitive, and highly customizable. It's incredibly easy to navigate, even for first-time users. I appreciate the wide variety of record types available, from basic logins to advanced formats like SSH keys, credit card entries, software licenses, and databases. This flexibility makes it a comprehensive solution for both individual and enterprise needs.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There are no major downsides, but if I had to point out something, the admin panel could use some improvement—it feels slightly clunky compared to the rest of the interface. Still, it’s a minor issue in an otherwise excellent platform.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before adopting Keeper Password Manager, our biggest challenge was securely sharing passwords within teams. It was difficult to manage access without compromising security or creating confusion. Keeper has completely resolved this issue by providing a centralized, secure platform for storing and sharing credentials. Now, team members can access the information they need without exposing sensitive data, significantly improving both our workflow and security posture.

  ### 41. Nice features. Good product.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We love how easy it is to share passwords, the easy Azure integration, and the ability to map Azure groups to Keeper groups. It helps our teams keep their shared passwords to only their teams. We use it every day, and have to share many passwords from limitations of our vendors' systems. The secrets manager is an excellent capability also. Set up was a little challenging, but we had good support throughout,

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There seems to be no autosave on MFA confirmation. I lost access to an important new account because I had been interrupted during the MFA set up process. My MFA update wasn't saved so that left me in a weird state with the remote system. I wish I could give my own regex for password generation.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper helps us keep shared passwords secure and available only to the people who need it.

  ### 42. Excellent Password Manager, beats everything else.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint M. | Enterprise Systems Engineer II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I love Keeper's browser plugin the fills passwords for you. No need to go searching, the filler does the work for you. Our company has used various password safe programs, but never had the ease of use for our end users that keeper provides.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only downside of Keeper that I have found is that I didn't start using it sooner.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a company that deals with various security frameworks, such as HIPAA, HiTrust, and FIPS, we have data requirements that mean that we simply cannot risk our data. Keeper allows us to keep our data safe behind extremely complex, long passwords without users having to type anything in, or rely on memory or simple passwords.

  ### 43. Effortless Password Management and Secure Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Nothing dislike. Everything is working as expected

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous some staff have habit to save their password to the notebook with plain text. The reason is geting password is too complex. After we use Keeper, it's so easy to use. So staff like using it.

  ### 44. Easy to use password manager that gives confidence in the protection of our organization's secrets.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I trust our organization's secrets in the Keeper Password Manager. We use the FedRAMP version of the product and a FedRAMP authorization is not easily achievable. It demonstrates Keeper's commitment to security. Additionally it is easy to implement and it meets the requirements for our users who find the interface intuitive. The addition of the browser plugin makes the experience seamless.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

In my experience, there are occasional instances where the web plugin does not work on certain websites. However, this seems to be more related to the web interface itself rather than an issue with Keeper. Fortunately, these occurrences are quite rare and do not represent the typical experience.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper Password Manager helps protect our individual user's secrets and solves the problem of protecting the rare case of shared secrets.

  ### 45. Keeper Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sierra G. | Social Media and Marketing Manager, Automotive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like that it allows us to keep our passwords all in one secure place. Since we use so many different platforms at work the ease of being able to just remember one log in password for Keeper and then having it spit out all our other passwords with a click of a button is great. I like that we can add shared team passwords in here as well for systems that multiple people use. I log in to Keeper everyday because I need it to remember logins for everything at work.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

It only went down on me once which was just a brief amount of time so it wasn't too bad.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping keeping all passwords in one safe place

  ### 46. Secure Password Management Made Easy with Keeper

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe D. | Senior Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I like the interface on Keeper Password Manager for creating, organizing, and sharing passwords with colleagues. It's also great for user management. The password creation feature lets me generate new passwords with as many characters, numbers, and special characters as needed, which are easy to use with its plugin tool. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward because it's web-based.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I don't like that the plugin always blocks the eyeball on the password field so it's hard to see what the password is.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keeper Password Manager to securely store and share passwords with colleagues, allowing for easy generation and organization of passwords.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way for multiple users to have access to the same credentials, without them having access to the details, or be able to modify them. By having this, it solved the issue of having to update credentials when offboarding.

I highlight the ease it offers in identity administration and management, as well as the option to share credentials and folders with teams. Additionally, I value the possibility of adding OTP tokens, which contributes to a more complete and secure experience.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Perhaps what is missing is greater clarity regarding the destination folder when adding a new record.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates the management of shared users and the OTP tokens of the accounts we frequently access, something that would otherwise be very difficult to handle.
