They are easy to work with and have real expertise in the product management and marketing process for technical products. They employ a rigorous, consistent and reliable method to interview customers and prospects unbiasedly. The process is transparent, with an agreed-upon moderator's guide, interview recordings, transcripts, and summaries. Most valuable are working sessions with the client team after conducting interviews to help understand insights and transfer knowledge so your team can develop an effective strategy.
