What do you like best about GroWrk?

My company operates across multiple countries worldwide, and we rely on Growkr to manage the physical aspects of our IT asset fleet (such as laptops, desktops, monitors, etc.). I couldn’t be more pleased to have Growkr as a partner. Managing the entire lifecycle of asset purchasing, shipping, and repair is challenging enough on its own, and doing it across different countries with diverse tax regulations and import fees only adds to the complexity. Growkr, however, makes it all feel effortless, as simple as submitting a ticket. They handle all the back-office work (from purchasing materials to repairs and shipments to employees) seamlessly and transparently for us. What do you like best about GroWrk?

GroWrk showed their commitment to us and showcased their efforts to fulfil our requirements. We are very pleased by how determined they were to offer us customized services which included setting up assets before shipping them to new hires, a service that they don't usually offer. What do you dislike about GroWrk?

The only complain we have about the services provided by GroWrk is the way they manage their account executives. While using their services, GroWrk has changed the account executive managing our account several times and this has made communication less effective. Having to go through the process of re-stablish the relationship with the new account executive assigned has proved to be time-consuming and challenging for maintaining continuity in our operations. GroWrk is solving our asset management challeneges by providing us with reliable and efficient Asset Management services. They have been completing our requirements to complete onboarding and offboarding processes and also assisting us with the preparation and configuration of equipment before assigning to new hires. What do you like best about GroWrk?

GroWrk has been a great solution for managing IT equipment for our teams across LatAm. GroWrk has helped streamline some of our processes for deploying devices to team members in different locations. The platform is easy to navigate, and the ability to track inventory remotely is helpful.

What I like best about GroWrk is their customer service. Quick to respond and always willing to address any issues or questions we have. Their global coverage is also a big plus, especially as we continue to expand our team across LatAm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroWrk?

Area for improvement would be expanding some of the reporting features for better insight on tracking. However, they are always open to receiving constructive feedback on their platform and listen to suggestions for new features.

What do you like best about GroWrk?

Through their processes and the stewardship of your account/customer sucess manager - you can expect a consistent experience across your geographic footprint. My team members whether they are in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Urugay, etc - I can expect they'll receive similar service and Growrk effectively functions like an extension of my team. This applies to onboarding new employees, collections and returns for repairs or offboarding at the end of an employee tenure.

I am based in Canada with a significant LATAM footprint and this is the main reason I signed up in the first place.

They listen to my feedback. I've given product feedback several times and they have documented, listened and put it into practice. I don't feel like I'm just a long forgotten request in an endless product backlog. I feel my request will eventually turn into a real feature.

Shared Slack Channels are great for asynchronous communication and I wish more companies would do this! My CSM and her team always go out of their way to help make sure I have an amazing client experience. Here I am 3 years later and still very much a happy customer. What do you dislike about GroWrk?

I don't have many issues. Typically my concerns originate from not having an integration I need - such as our MDM or our inventory system but they have recently released integrations for the inventory system we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As mentioned in my case study (https://growrk.com/case-studies/orium/),O rium moved from a remote-friendly to a remote-first policy. We further wanted to scale fast and benefit from opening their talent pool outside of Canada. Looking to Latin America for talent, we faced the challenge of providing equipment to our new hires fast and reliably.

Growrk talked talked with me to learn how their unique platform and Account Managers could help Orium set up 30 workstations for remote workers in 6 Latin American countries, providing them with a great onboarding experience while maintaining our company’s values and culture. What do you like best about GroWrk?

What I like most about GroWrk is their global reach. They’ve made it incredibly easy to ship and retrieve laptops across continents without any hiccups, consistently meeting our timelines, even in challenging locations. Their end-to-end service is also a major plus. GroWrk handles everything — from procuring and refurbishing devices to secure storage and asset disposal. It’s a full lifecycle management solution that has significantly lightened the load for our IT team.

Their platform is user-friendly, and the automation features have saved us a ton of time. Tracking and managing all of our IT assets has never been simpler. Plus, their customer support is top-notch — the team is always super responsive and ensures we’re covered whenever we need assistance.

Another standout is their flexibility. Whether we’ve needed 10 devices or 100, GroWrk has been able to scale with us seamlessly as we grow. They’ve customized solutions based on our needs, which has been invaluable for our evolving requirements.

Not quite a dislike but their platform offers too many features. It can feel a bit overwhelming if you're just looking for a simple solution. However, once you get familiar with it, you realize the extra tools and options are actually really useful, especially when managing IT assets across different countries. What do you like best about GroWrk?

Today, we only use the services in the US, and Growrk has an agile service combined with incredible ease there. Our CSM (Arlette) serves us very well and is always concerned with helping us in the best possible way. The company is also always open to feedback and brings us continuous improvements. What do you like best about GroWrk?

Growrk is open to continual improvement of their product, and open to honest constructive feedback. Their platform and user experience has kept getting better and better over the almost year I have been using them. They have really helped us get hardware in the hands of our growing company in a timely manner.
