With my sites design, we wanted to go with the cleanest possible mobile look. Anything with a pop up widget was out of the question. This left me with Loyalty Lion, or Growave for options in terms of a loyalty points app that can be embedded in its own dedicated page or menu. The app runs completely off site, and doesn't install any code. I had many design changes that needed to be done, including the color change of almost every bit of text and background in the program. I could have done this myself, if it had been on the Shopify side. However I was able to reached out to the team and they promptly made all of the required changes, pretty much the same day. They absolutely didn't have to do any of that, based on the low price the app. For a fraction of the price of the other major loyalty point apps, you get an awesome, rewards, reviews, wishlist, and social login app, all baked into one, for a very low monthly fee (based on order volume). For the price, the quality of the app and the team backing it are unbeatable. Highly recommended, and I will be a customer for life as our store grows. Thanks so much Growave! The all-in-one approach to Growave has been great for us. We recently added Growave to 3 different Shopify stores and are using all of the features. We used it to replace Yotpo and also Judge.me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love the widget tabs on the home page. I would like to have the ability to customize them a bit more. I also don't like that you can't customize the reward text in the pop up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My customers love the rewards program. It seems to help keep people engaged. It does help to get my products photo reviews by offering rewards points to the customer. Customer service is fast and very helpful whenever there is an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is written in broken English. This company would greatly benefit from hiring a native English speaker to go over the language in all its notifications, emails, and messages to the customer. Sometimes customers would get an email that was so broken, they couldn't understand it. It's pretty embarrassing for me, and then I have to spend time finding the language in the editor. The app itself is quite easy to set up and use. There are plenty of customisation options to choose from when it comes to visuals and loyalty/rewards. All the necessary features that one would expect from such an app are there.
The app's customer support is nothing short of outstanding. The team is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. They quickly responded to all of our emails, provided detailed information to our queries and ensured that the installation, testing and implementation of the app was as smooth as possible.
