
I really like LoyaltyLion for its detailed analytics that allow both topline and in-depth reporting on reward performance. The flexibility, customisation, and control it offers are solid. Their support team is top-notch, and I appreciate the developer resources available to create either a simple, out-of-the-box solution or an extremely custom one. The integration with Klaviyo is a big plus, allowing segmentation based on loyalty tier and points balance, among other things. The initial onboarding was fairly simple, and even though the migration was a little more labour-intensive, we had great support from our onboarding manager Sammy. Some newer reward types, like the free shipping tier benefit, have been 'live' for months but still lack a dedicated report in the platform's analytics section, making it hard to assess their value. Also, as enterprise plan customers, we would like be involved in annual or quarterly feedback groups to share our feedback and suggestions directly with the heads of product instead of via the support chat.
