I like doing things in ways that I'm comfortable which is why I'm really pleased with the fact that I am able to customize a lot of things with Grove HR such as company attendance, time-off policy and employee lists, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No payroll in the system yet. I have to export all the data and calculate payroll in the spreadsheets again. I hope they will release the payroll feature soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using Grove HR to recruit and onboard new employees. The new UI for self onboarding on the mobile app is easy to use and has helped smooth the transition of our new hires into the company. Grove has helped save time during the interviewing process with lightning-fast candidate import, I need not worry about importing Candidate's CV one by one, I simply make use of the Upload CV in bulk feature, and then the CV parsing feature to find the right candidate while the system also keeps a database of past and current candidates profile. Having to go back to Excel to manage general data and then the onboarding process isn't that clear so it's hard to follow. If Grove could look into and make it easier to operate, I'd be grateful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grove HR is my first HRIS, and it really makes an impact on my approach to work. The last HR manager used excel to do all the work: time-keeping, employee profiling, directory, etc. you name it. Then I got the job, and was completely lost navigating between all those sheets as the amount of data is huge, and I couldn’t comprehend the way they are organized. Grove HR makes it super easy for me to transfer everything into one single consistent source, reorganize everything my way, and get the whole team on board with the time-keeping function. They said it was much easier than the paper-and-pen method, in which I must be the one doing all the work. Now, all I have to do is clicking approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I have one thing to change about Grove, it is to be more employee-engaging. As an HR manager, the software is all I need, but my employees don’t have much reason to interact regularly with the product, except for time-off and looking up phone numbers.
