Grove HR Pros and Cons

While I have not used it for a long time yet,the little time I have spent using grove Hr has been impressive and considering its free.Its totally worth it and its user friendly .

I like the best that it has onboarding and offboarding and the time-off is easy to track. I like that is shows the the time off balance for each employee. This way the employee doesn't have to reach out to my department. I'm looking forward to the review/goals sections. This really is a great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is Recruitment, cause it's so easy to understand just by dragging the applicant and It's user-friendly.

Second, is the employee database, GroveHR is not laggy, unlike the other HR application.

The user-interface of GroveHR is so nice, and the Time-Off is easy to understand.

What I want to improve is the cycle of date, like when you clock in from 23:59 and it's automatically clocked out 00:01 AM. But the GroveHR said they will fix the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The functionality of the Onboarding checklist such as; access control, provision of resources, sorting out legal documents and other paperwork, etc. makes our new hires easily complete the onboarding process. Grove HR has been amazing so far but I believe it could even go up another level if more languages are made available for use. This would promote diversity and would be interesting in keeping certain employees engaged on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grove HR also has the News feature to communicate important updates to all employees with push notification right on mobile app.

Also, tracking employees' leaves, time offs and attendance has been made so easy with the Grove HR time attendance feature. Sending payslips too now is no hassle as we can handle it all in Grove HR which is safe and confidential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish Grove HR had a chat feature in the mobile app so employees can send instant messages to each other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
