What do you like best about Grove HR?

We went live with GroveHR in Sept 2020 and we have been so pleased with this platform, it's performance, exceptional customer service and their commitment to always making their product better! Implementation was a breeze, with the dedicated implementation specialist, we were able to set up custom time off policies, custom user accesses, and custom fields that have made this system feel like it was tailor made for our company. When I do new hire orientation, I have a dedicated section to our GroveHR platform. Our new employees have positive feedback regarding their experience from being an applicant (their applicant tracking system is fantastic!) to onboarding, to new hire; GroveHR has elevated the experience for new hires and made hiring a breeze instead of a paperwork nightmare. The standard reports that GroveHR provides are exceptional and the ability to create and share custom reports is such a wonderful tool. Their customer service is responsive and quick to resolve any issues that have arisen and they welcome new ideas and suggestions. They provide updates on what is new and what is coming. I love that they are always improving their product! I'm looking forward to their latest updates on Payroll Management, as I hope to add that to our GroveHR offerings, once they have the ability to add some customizable or job information to time entries.

For any small business who is still using spreadsheets, using paper applications and paper enrollment, if you are not using an HRIS, you are wasting paper and .valuable time! More importantly, your employees are also missing out on an intuitive and exceptional onboarding experience! You owe it to yourself to check GroveHR out - this system literally saved me from hiring a part-time person! I would highly recommend GroveHR, as they are tuned into what small businesses need and want and have the ability to customize their platform. All of this makes it a great HRIS! What do you dislike about Grove HR?

What do you like best about Grove HR?

Easy to use interface for both HR and Employees. It promotes the culture of Self-Service and no-contact HR Transaction. Recently we launched the Attendance Module that introduced QR Code scanning for our employees using their mobile phones. This process eliminated the old biometrics system that is not hygienic for the current Pandemic Situation. Our company is also looking forward for the continuous innovation of GROVEHR and sustain the partnership with their whole team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

Since GROVEHR is an evolving system, i can say that some of the functionalities are not yet available such as, PDLs (Promotion, Demotion and Lateral Move changes), Payroll, Compensation/Benefits; however GROVEHR Team is constantly coordinating with me for any suggestions, recommendations that will help them for their future releases. What do you like best about Grove HR?

Simple, easy-to-use. The setup process is so simple to get started for an HR system. As a small company we only need something neat to get started and Grove HR exceeded that. The UI is fantastic given a free product like this, it's feel like a mini WorkDay version, of course not that comprehensive but definitely fit for HR team below 3 people. What do you dislike about Grove HR?

Some of the features are not grouping in the right way. Why onboarding process is under checklist and the onboarding feature is actually just a checklist, you can't enforce people to submit or complete it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

The software is super easy to use. All options are available on the homepage and is easy to handover to the HR team without the need for a ton of training.

Ability to manage holidays in advance for all employees and easy to use recruitment features is a pro.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

The software is still in its infancy stage. Lots of features are being developed right now.

Employees attendance is difficult to manage and view at a glance. Also biometric integration is not present at the moment.

The mobile app has very limited features at the moment and cannot be used to mark attendance which would be a big plus.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

What do you like best about Grove HR?

What do you like best about Grove HR?

The experience of getting a tool which is user friendly, easy accessible, and very convenient to use. The team helping us to understand the things are better are so helpful and supportive in terms of prompt responses, satisfactory replies,helpful advises etc. Also the Mobile Application is a bane to us. Nothing as such is disliked about Grove HR by us. It is the best HR Tool. Its just that the attendance part can be upgraded. The mobile app does not support the clock in/ clock out thing, they have to scan the QR code every time. It would be great if it is available in the mobile application. - It's a bit difficult for such a group of more than one company when drawing the organization chart and its matrix of interaction. Trying to find out at my trial account
