What do you like best about Grove HR?

The interface is clean, simple and easy to use. I love their green theme, especially, it's just so soothing!

There are a lot of customizable fields for business owners/admins to make some changes as well.

Kudos to their support team as they are very helpful and quick in answering our queries.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

Everything is perfect! They have everything you need for an HR app. If there's an instant chat function, it will be more than perfect then (sorry if this sounds too "greedy", haha!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

Grove HR is free to use and easy to start with. Their support team is fast in responding whenever I have any issues. Their mobile app is very convenient for remote working people too. They have some Free Forever Plan now, which is so great!

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

So far I would say all of the features provided by Grove HR are sufficient for personal and business uses.

Just two suggestions:

1. If the Clock-In & Clock-Out feature could have multi-sessions per day, it would be even better.

For example, people clock out for lunch:

08:00 - 12:00 (Session 1)

13:00 - 17:00 (Session 2)

Now it only shows 08:00 - 17:00 (One session).

2. Maybe you can introduce more integration with third-party websites/apps.

These are just suggestions, not some downsides of Grove HR.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad to hear Grove HR solves your problems.

With the clock-in & clock-out, we support multi-session per day. For example, you can clock in at 8:00 and clock out at 12:00 for lunch. Then clock in at 13:00 and clock out at 17:00. The system will show 2 sessions.

Regarding the integration, we will definitely have some in the future. Stay tuned!

What do you like best about Grove HR?

I have been using Grove HR to manage all our employee details and payroll, attendance. I feel it have a very good features with user friendly user interface and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

QR code seems to be bit difficult to manage. As it has limited time to change the attendance tracker. I thought of it putting the QC code for our employees to scan everyday. However, you need to change the QC after every 20 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the QR code, when you generate it, the code will automatically reset every X second/minute (you can define X). If you have any trouble setting up the QR code, feel free to contact us at support@grovehr.com

What do you like best about Grove HR?

The best part of GroveHR is the complete employee lifecycle management with so much ease. This literally helped my business to track its daily operations by individuals, and also helped in keeping the staff engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

I feel the need for an inbuilt chat feature to stay connected with the team from within the platform. At the moment we are using chat within the CRM for the same purpose, Buil-in chat would be useful for the concerns about attendance, time mapping etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

I love how easy it is to add new hires to the system and kick off the onboarding process. Hands-off and automated is the way to go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

There are a few functionality points I'd like to see added such as the ability to drag and drop when creating/editing the onboarding and offboarding lists. Also, for US use, one or two items would need to be renamed to align with terms used - for example, "social insurance", but I think we can actually edit it on our end. I haven't tried yet. What do you like best about Grove HR?

I am very lucky to stumbled upon their website. Very easy to understand and they are constantly updating their system.

I've been using Grove HR for 4 months now and all has been running smoothly.

I'm also in love with their News section and how everyone in the company can be updated through it via their emails. Its so cool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

- Their records on the location per country is not yet fully updated. There are still some missing locations on the State/Province and Cities.

- I am also looking forward for the availability of their Pay Cycle for the semi-monthly payroll.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

For a startup like ours, we needed something that can help us manage the day to day activities of a HR system. Grove HR provides us with all the requisites and for free. That's too good to be true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Grove HR?

Timesheet approval system is kind of confusing to me atleast. Finding the exact week and approve is not great. Would like to have a calendar view to show all timesheets that are pending approval and bulk approve. If this feature is already available then please ignore. We're sorry that we don't have the calendar view for the Time attendance at the moment. We will take this into consideration and improve in the next updates. In the meantime, you can use the Filter feature to see what's pending and approved.

What do you like best about Grove HR?

I love the User Interface on Grove HR, it is super easy to navigate and quite interactive. With Grove HR's geofencing feature, I now have access to accurate information regarding employees location, punctuality, absenteeism when they clock in/out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
