I like most about Glue Up is its intuitive interface, which allows you to manage events, send personalized communications to members, and automate processes effectively, optimizing time and resources. There is not much not to dislike but I would love for them to be able to add functionality that allows for a % of the invoice amount to be passed onto the customer when they pay with cc. This system is so user-friendly. I was operating it a few days after purchasing it. I received training, but I took charge immediately. I use it for membership and even registration. It helps you follow up with your members and organize big events. Their customer service is amazing, and they get back to me quickly if I have questions. Glue Up's association software is very easy to use and provides all the features that associations need to run their operations, engage their community and to recruit new members. It also has a lot of dahsboards and since it's all-in-one software all the data about engagement is in one place so I can have a full picture about all of our members. Glue Up has delivered on our key targets when purchasing, namely increased member engagement and better data to support future decision making. Customer services are supportive and responsive. We use it daily and feedback from our members is positive about how much easier they find it signing up for events and keeping up with everything that's going on.
