There don't appear to be any significant issues worth noting. We have been working with Global Expansion for a couple of years now, and I have always been impressed by their local knowledge. They have excellent country guides, which helped us understand how to operate overseas. The ease of admin within the GX1 system has meant detailed information is always available. We had already worked with their parent company and implemented APro, which is basically the same as GX1. So we knew the system well. The administration of onboarding new hires was simple and easy. Recently, we had an issue with an employee in Germany not through GX, but they were happy to help. They introduced us to their local expert in Berlin, who provided expert guidance on resolving the matter. While GX didn't get paid for the help, it showed me they are a true partner.
