What do you like best about GetResponse?

They have impeccable uptime and their scheduling feature has never let me down. With other autoresponder companies, I've had scheduled emails go missing like I never even wrote them. Now that I use GetResponse, it's never happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

The only thing I would change about GR is add a 1-800 customer support number for 24/7 assistance. They've 300,000 customers, and not even a Live Chat department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

In today's outrageously poor tech. support, Get Response stands out as an exception. Not that I call often, but when I need to, I never have to wait long, and there is always a very nice and knowledgeable specialist who will do all what it takes to solve any issue or question I might have. What do you like best about GetResponse?

I like the ease of use and the fact that you can put up landing pages quickly and even link them to your own domain. They go a step beyond basic email marketing software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

GetResponse falls short with respect to customization. I like getting my hands dirty with the HTML and form options, but I haven't been able to see this through the app. You can upload templates in HTML, but the process is kind of annoying. Also, the UI is not intuitive and too busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to find landing page solutions? GetResponse fills the gap where other email clients fall short, but it's got a little while to go to create a simpler UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
