It is easy to use and you get so many features for starting out for free. The support staff is also very helpfull and efficient. Most of the settings is easy to setup and link to other areas. When hosting your domain through getresponse, it gets tricky when your original host tells you to update something on your DNS servers. Then you need to more or less work with the support team to get it set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Get Response's customer support team has been fantastic! It has not matter which team I get, when I request help, they have so friendly, knowledgable and genuinely happy to help! if i dont want to send out news letters to whole lists i would like to be able filter my recipient based on various requirement for that need basic AND/OR rules to apply,
if not that i can filter out my recpient from my "external" database so while makeing one-time newsletter would need ability to just copy-paste in recipient manualy or by API/integrations tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the best feature GetResponse has is their customer support. Running email campaigns can be complicated, especially if you use all the different features like segmentation, webinars, and workflows. So it's great to have someone in th elive chat feature there to help you. I've not had to wait more than a minute for a support agent to help me out and I've been using the platform for over 6 years. Billing is a bit confusing. There are many plans and multiple levels in each plan depending on how many contacts you have. If you go over you contracted anount of contacts, there is no warning email or notification, they just charge you extra making it hard to budget your business expenses.
