What do you like best about GetResponse?

I like how everything is really straightforward to use, while staying capable of making really shrewd technical processes. Additionally, I absolutely love your customer support. You are really fast, efficient, and I haven't had a single interaction where I didn't get my question answered easily. I really appreciated it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

There's not a lot that I dislike. One thing that would be really valuable is the ability to manage client accounts from one single login. As is, I have to keep different accounts for myself and different clients. I'd like to be able to switch between the accounts at ease rather than login separately. What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've used other platforms, like Mailchimp and ConvertKit, and GetResponse does the best job of filling in gaps that I've found. It's the only one that has the most comprehensive flow builder for automated responses, and it has a very good visual designer alongside the ability to do long form text emails. Getresponse solves the problem of needing multiple tools that operate at a high level without sacrificing quality. I love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

I find it easy to use while at the same time complete with all the features that we could need as a business, from funnels to segmentations to A/B testing to proper graphics and more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

GetResponse is easy to use and I can do most things by myself but if something is a little confusing they have AI help and live support so answers are easy to get and I don't waste time trying to figure stuff out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

My only issue has been implementing a Google tag for tracking ads has been difficult. Not sure if the issue is Google or GetResponse but I create the tag, implement it and then it fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GetResponse solving and how is that benefiting you?

GetResponse has made it easy to create multiple landning pages and then A/B test them to see which ones get us the best results and then automatically follow up with leads and customers with automated email sequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

Its simplicity. The way the email marketing system, auto responder, landing page and website are designed are top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really but If I must mention one that's the payout info for partners. I feel there should be multiple options not limited only to pay pal and wire transfer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

I love the automation and especially the live chat feature. If I ever get stuck, or something isn't working, I get immediate help!

If that support person can't help me, they immediately send it over to the development department, and I get an email with the answers I need.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

What do you like best about GetResponse?

I love how easy it is to use all the features and the software! There's a minimal learning curve and anytime I am stuck or unsure of something, there's immediate, live help available with a wonderful staff! I had to move two websites over, and it was done with ease! I am running most of my services through this system, and there's little need for additional systems or software. I use GetResponse daily and have so much fun creating newsletters, landing pages, and websites! Their AI system simplifies the process of building websites, landing pages, newsletters, and emails!
