The interface is super user-friendly, even for someone who isn’t a project management expert. I love the drag-and-drop functionality to adjust timelines and set task dependencies—it’s quick and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about GanttPRO is that the learning curve can feel a bit steep at first, especially if you're not familiar with Gantt charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 14-day test was quite good. I used it as a student for my internship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, the prices are unreasonable. The $7.99 plans don't really exist, since you are paying for the whole year, not the month (Annual plan). Monthly plans cost $10, which is reasonable, but you are forced to buy them for 5 accounts. really? to get a student discount you have to leave a 5 star review? That doesn't sound very good.I was planning to buy a one month plan for myself, do I have to pay $50? No way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After a thorough review of many, many options including Monday.com, Zoho, SmartSuite and a few others, we decided on GanttPro for the management of several projects.
The interface and functionality is crisp and clean and to the point. Whereas others have a great many "add-ons" (that you often need to pay extra for), GanttPro takes care of basics in a professional manner. It also allows one to easily view resource / staff commitments across several project simultaneously, which is vital to an advisory firm such ours. One would think that these features would be common across most project management software, but they are not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only advice is that a greater chat function would be good in a similar manner to Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without a doubt, Ganttpro is a vital tool for project management, standing out especially for its practicality to prepare schedules in an efficient, fast and dynamic way.
The system, in addition to being intuitive and friendly, has allowed me to create Gantt charts for software implementation projects, adjusting to the needs of most people who need to plan management activities.
In addition, it provided me with very useful templates so I could have a structure from which to start. I have used Ganttpro frequently and I find it very useful on a daily basis.
The practicality of exporting schedules and the dynamic design that can be provided are of great value. In addition to having these dispensable functionalities, Ganttpro allows you to customize fields, record the progress and status of your project/initiative. Personally, I think it is a very practical tool that is very easy to understand for new users.
Ganttpro, unlike other tools, saves you time when creating Gantt charts. Unlike other tools, Ganttpro is the most practical and fastest planning tool I have used. Without a doubt, it is an excellent alternative for preparing, planning, and monitoring projects. I haven't used the reporting option yet, but it also allows you to manage your team's workload. In the export option you could give more options for customizing fields, especially dates. However, the current version is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like GanttPRO because it’s so easy to use and helps me keep track of my projects also I can quickly drag and drop tasks collaborate with my team in real-time. The integrations with tools like Google Drive and Slack also make managing everything a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don’t like about GanttPRO is that it can get a bit slow when I’m working on large projects with many tasks and sometimes the updates don’t happen instantly which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had previously used SmartSheet for project management and I found GanttPro to be superior and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only think I dislike about it is that I have to pay for it on my own as my employer doesn't currently utilize GanttPro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello! My name is Nadia and I use GanttPRO from Argentina. I was really surprised by the complete system they have on a single platform. In my case, I use it for project management where it has been a great help to have the activities organized and developed 100%, allowing me to see the progress, the process of them, and where the different "bottlenecks" are. Since I started the trial period, I use it every day, I am completely satisfied, and I have been able to integrate it without problems because of how intuitive the program is. Additionally, I have received customer service from Tanya, who is very attentive via email, which makes the application more than that; it gives me the feeling of being accompanied in the implementation and the ease of it by the help from the GanttPRO team. THANK YOU FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least is that it doesn't have individual monthly packages! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GanttPRO is pretty intuitive to use, especially compared to something like Jira that doesn't have the most straightforward template for Gantt projects. Setup is easy, and the application doesn't generally get in the way of what you want to do. For my uses (I'm a project manager for my team in our software development class), I don't really have much more to ask out of a Gantt application, save for a few nitpicks. It is frustrating that as a project manager responsible for the Gantt chart (with no one else being responsible for it), that payment is required for each additional user. For most purposes this makes sense, but for mine, it's more for documentation and less for everyone to use on their own. But of course this is just my situation. The ease of moving your projects along the timeline to accommodate changes in priorities as time passes is the MOST invaluable feature in my opinion. Because I'm jusggling many courses, experiments, and writing a memoir; being able to have an overview of all classes, coursework, tasks, and when to start which project is what I find most useful about Gantt chart applications. GanttPro has the most flexible and user friendly interface I've found to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few annoying "bugs" where if you don't click exactly the right area to rename a task, it opens the task's information pane. It really is more an annoyance though.
Having your chart only be available online is a big worry for me, but none of the desktop applications come close to GanttPro's ease of use. I would definitely invest more in a product that I could have available offline! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it is much more straightforward to use than Microsoft Project. Good features to be able to turn auto scheduling on and off and seamlessly include budget tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can feel a bit pricey if there are free alternatives on the market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
