I love the ease of the software. It does not take an unfamiliar user long to learn to navigate through the software with ease. I love the eval templates and the help that is provided when issues come up. The screens are easy to navitate and (typically) find what you are looking for. 1-I wish there was a way to sort through payments when paying independent contractors. 2-I would also like to see an option where its only 1 or 5 users - i typically pay for 5 when i only need two due to being on my own with a biller - its a great website but to have to pay so much for only needing two users is getting old. 3-Its also a slower response time on getting help. Used to be faster - and while i know you have grown your response time has lagged and that's not great for someone that pays so much and needs help quickly. 4-I do with that when you move a client to another date on calendar that its tracked and it counts with the # of visits used. 5- i wish that you could be notified of tracking info in a better way - its almost like you have to know what to look for in order to look rather than it be brought to your attention in case you forgot. You can document or schedule anywhere there is a good internet connection. It is user friendly and if you make a mistake you can correct it with editing cababilitites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Fusion Web Clinic for our multi-disciplinary, pediatric clinic for 8 years. Our clinic offers speech, OT and PT services. We find that the scheduling and documentation are so easy to use. The ability to customize frequently used phrases with their "quick phrases" features saves a lot of time. The SOAP notes are straight forward and easy to reference your previous session's notes.
We use the billing system of Fusion with an outside source for managing claim follow ups.
The system is easy to implement with a clinic as a whole as well as with new employees. We believe it is easy to integrate into a new setting.
We have used Fusion Web Clinic daily for eight years in our facility.

Some of the billing reports require us to pull Fusion's data and re-organize it in a spreadsheet so that it can be analyzed best.
It's also not equipped to report "hours" for therapists to pull for payroll reports as it is all referred to as session (no matter the length of the session). We see both 30-minute patients and 1-hour patients.

We use Fusion daily and it is such a great EMR sytem. They have Amazing Customer Service!! Easy to talk or chat with an actual person to help with anything you need. We have used since 2020 and they walked us through everything. Implementation and Integration were so easy thanks to the great support staff. We offer ST and OT so the patient information is easy to access for each therapy. We have recommened Fusion to several other therapy practices and at least 3 have changed over to Fusion. Fusion is easy to use, especially for clinicians just beginning to use documentation software. It has a wide array of features, and documents are typically easy to generate. When I have been unable to generate a document I need, customer support is helpful.
I use Fusion typically 2-3 times per week with multiple clients. It is easy to switch between old notes and new notes that are pending , when needed. Overall, Fusion is incredible easy to use and it has a great layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very user-friendly. I like how I can view the schedule when I open the application. It is easy to use on all platforms. Documents are safely and securely stored for retrieval. I used Fusion everyday with my clients. It is easy and quick to write reports and pull forward notes from the previous week. It only took me about 2 days to fully understand how to use Fusion in its entirety. The system has so many awesome features. I did not require the need for customer support. Insurance take backs are a little hard. I hate that Fusion doesn't track how much of the deductible has been used or visits. You have to put a authorization in on every client that has a visit limit to make sure your not going over Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge i have is the functionality of the word banks and other drop down options. With the drop down options, you have go back forth to the select and attach options.
