Here at Gilpin Hall, we were honored to celebrate our 200th Annviersary and needed some direct on site help to ensure our fundraising and celebratory event went smoothly. For a reasonable fee, Panorama arranged to have Kendall Carney and Samantha Otero come to our event and set up our payment processing devices and be available to oversee that all transactions went smoothly. We were so pleased with their expertise, kindness and felxibility during our busy event and couldn't be more satisfied with the help we recieved from them and Panorama. The customer service is usually good and fast. I had a recent issue and Katie Lomshek was the one helping me. While it still hasn't been completely resolved (the longest time to resolve an issue ever), she has been great communicating throughout the process and updating me on where they are. I have confidence it will eventually be fixed!

Transitioning from Gift Works Desktop to the new Panorama cloud-based version can be challenging as the new product is state of the art and very advanced. I also had to transition to the new version at an extremely busy time of year which was stressful. The best thing that ever could have happened to me is that Sheri Madrid, Customer Success Manager, was assigned to acclimate me. Sheri made me and my situation a priority. Luckily, Sheri facilitated my two one-hour traning sessions. Her knowledge of the product is top notch and just as importantly, she really cares about the customer's experience. Sheri goes so far above and beyond, it is absolutely incredible. She took the stress out of the situation by providing me a recorded link to our two sessions so I can go back and watch as many times as I want, as it certainly is lots of information in a short amount of time. This is extraordinarily helpful. Sheri also pointed me to the "help articles" feature and is now right there to answer specific questions. Sheri loves her job and I can tell that she is driven by her ability to make every customer a happy customer. This means everything to me. I am not stressed out anymore because I know if I cannot find the answer, Sheri is ready and willing to help and she does. Sheri responds quickly and she really understands this product. She is positive and encouraging. I have a long way to go to really transition effectively from the desktop version and we are approaching the busiest time of the year. However, I am not worried. Not after getting connected with Sheri Madrid.
Nick Capella and Joe Fonseca are also amazing. I had the privilege to be on a call with Sheri, Nick and Joe at the same time. They teamed up to help me in a particular situation I was in. This team is incredible. Nick is amazing at integration to new system and Joe has essentially written the new cloud based Panorama program. Thank you, Sheri, Nick and Joe! There is nothing that I dislike about Panorama at this point. I am just learning the new cloud based system. It seems to me that this product is so amazing that there will be nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software and various Panorama campaign/event options and tools gives me more time in my day to focus on other tasks. It has been a learning curve to learn and build an acumen for all the detailed functionally of Panorama but the training and support, particularly from our Account Manager, is responsive and always provides the steps and instructions when I need it.
