Freshdesk's intigration into our website was very easy. The scalability is also a big plus, allowing us to utilize more tools as we grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside to Freshdesk is the troubleshooting. For easy questions, it's not a problem, but when you get to a more indepth issues, it can be daunting to find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, I like a lot about Freshdesk. The most important thing I like about Freshdesk is that you can use the product for free and when you want more features you will have to pay but the features provided is enough to support customer related features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workflow automation is super easy to set up and configure. Can get a bit tricky if its not managed from the beginning as it can blow up quite easily once your service portal is updated.
The ability to populate service catalogue is super easy.

Would be nice to see the Freshservice name pop up a lot more and compete more with ServiceNow integrations. Most of the integrations with FS are manual and have required additional dev work. Customer support like all service providers can be difficult to navigate even though you are clear with what you are asking.

Our experience with the Freshdesk portal has been very positive. The site is user-friendly and makes managing support tickets efficient and straightforward. The customer support is impressively quick and responsive, which has been a pleasant surprise. Since switching to Freshdesk, we’ve noticed a significant improvement in our workflow. Additionally, we’re continually discovering new features that enhance our experience further. Overall, it’s been a great upgrade for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freshdesk is incredibly easy to use. More importantly, it is easy to train new agents and once they start using it they can become pros very easily. The ease with which they can creat, edit, and respond to tickets is very helpful as we handle a pretty high volume of tickets being in the fast casual food service industry. I honestly don't really have much to complain about with freshdesk. Sometimes the reporting in the analytics tab can be difficult to do what I want, but I always eventually figure it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the kind of response I have got everytime from the freshworks team, especially their Customer Success Managers. On top of that, the interface for all the roles, be it an agent, supervisor or Admin is very user friendly and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
