2nd year running that they took almost R1000 of my account, 1st year managed to get it refunded as I don't have a subscription with them...only to have them take another R1000 off my account and then come with the poor excuse of that the subscription was mistakenly not cancelled and they can't refund me because they must adhere as a RESELLER to the VENDOR's refund policy and now passes on the buck and responsibility to the vendor support who hasnt even boothered to respond to my emails.
