They don't seem to have high turnover either which helps with consistency. The only improvement I could see is making the interface of the software a little more user-friendly. Yes. **Recommendations to others considering FoxHire:** Shop around but I'm sure you'll end up here cause it's the easiest. **What problems is FoxHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small recruitment shop, I don't want to deal with any back office, time sheets, payment, insurance etc etc. for my contractors. But I still want to be able to offer that service to my clients. FoxHire does that with an easy to use UI. ### 9. You offer your clients the opportunity to hire your locum or temporary staff and with Foxhire's back-office offerings, your candidates will have the full-service benefits that large staffing companies offer. Foxhire is a secret tool and I'm hearing that even some large companies are utilizing the ease of Foxhire. I'm impressed and cannot wait to have all our temporary positions switched over to Foxhire. The difference between the amount of work I do when I don't use Foxhire and when I do is almost comical. **What do you dislike about FoxHire?** Hmmm ... seriously there is nothing I dislike about Foxhire. The people are wonderful - recruiters get a client account leader, Alex is ours and he is always easy to get ahold of and truly wants us to be successful. Alex makes the whole process easy, there is nothing to dislike about Foxhire. **Recommendations to others considering FoxHire:** Call and talk to Alex Wilson at Foxhire - Alex will get you started. **What problems is FoxHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** For us, the only problem is switching over candidates who don't know about Foxhire and getting them over to Foxhire. For candidates that have switched over, we hear nothing but a great experience. Benefits: No more collecting payments from clients, no more payroll days to pay temporary employees, able to qualify for better clients with Foxhire offering healthcare recruitment and having necessary insurances for business in healthcare. Foxhire offers services nationwide so there is no limit to who can use Foxhire. ### 13. To get started was simple. I had a portal, and my client and their candidates had their individual portals. The Foxhire team ensured that all documents were forwarded to the candidates and client and the Foxhire team made certain that all documents were received from them and processed timely. Lastly, I like that this is a reputable company. I, my clients, nor candidates ran into any issues concerning timely compensation. **What do you dislike about FoxHire?** I didn't have any issues while using this service. The recruiting portal is easy to use and the Foxhire team is very responsive. All questions that I had encountered were answered promptly. **What problems is FoxHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Foxhire's services for its Employer of Record services for my staffing agency. Also, the time difference is unfortunate for tight deadlines. FoxHire's process for onboarding, timecard submission, weekly reporting etc. are all clear, well organized, and accurate. **What do you dislike about FoxHire?** I do feel their fees were high compared to other EEO organizations, but they are addressing this. I also wish they could place candidates in other countries and currencies. **What problems is FoxHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** FoxHire enables me, as an independent recruiter, to place consultants in all 50 states. They allow me to cover a large weekly payroll. If a candidate needs benefits, their offerings are good. ### 23.
