What do you like best about Fountain?

I like the best about fountain is that, they keep your information secured and stored. I highly recommend fountain because it is so easy to use and approchable customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like the most about fountain, is sometimes so slow loading speed like it may take time open all documents and sometimes it's freezing. The problem is fountain solving and how is it benifiting me is the slow loading speed, in this case we reach out to support and I amaze because they has an excellent customer experience, they fixed it. I wish the platform were integrated with my team's Outlook calendar. It would be nice if more than one W4 state W4 from can be associated with each workflow for locations that border one or more other states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fountain solving and how is that benefiting you?

The fountain is automating our messaging to applicants based on how they answer our initial questionnaire. Fountain eliminates the need to phone screen applicants since we can add logic to the initial questionnaire and sort applicants based on their responses. Applicants can book their interviews based on availability set by the hiring team reducing the back-and-forth phone calls trying to align calendars. Fountain lets the employer create document signing stages so all the new hire paperwork can be digitally signed before the new hire starts. The first hour of day one was typically used to complete W4/I9 and company-specific paperwork. Everything signed digitally before day 1 gives an extra hour back to the training and onboarding team.
