What do you like best about Fluency?

I like that Fluency puts all my accounts and campaigns in one place, which is super helpful for managing them efficiently. I find it really helpful to make budget changes easily, especially since these changes link to other platforms. I also appreciate the Blueprints feature that aligns with compliance, ensuring our ads will be approved. Plus, the notifications are useful for identifying problems early on. What do you like best about Fluency?

What I appreciate about Fluency is that it allows you to view your ad data across different platforms. You simply need to use the filter to select the platform you want to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

In my experience, there is no option to bulk download the keyword report when it covers multiple campaigns. As a result, I have to export the keyword report for each campaign individually and then manually combine them, which is quite time-consuming. Additionally, there is no product report feature similar to what Google Ads offers. We are still encountering challenges with the Ad review process. I hope these aspects will be improved so that the platform can offer features more in line with what is already available elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how convenient it is for managing my budget spend. I appreciate the efficiency of Customer Support. You can search up your query to see if it has been answered before. The implementation problem was smooth and easy to maneuver. Fluency is a part of the daily use, it is a software that is a part of my daily process. There are a few bugs in the QA environment. I emailed about them last week. Preview Account data fails to load consistently. Reload Table button resets the query. Lots of errors and our support has been lacking recently compared to back when Peter was our rep. Changes are also made to the interface without a heads up/our input. I really appreciate how Fluency saves me a ton of time, especially with budget pacing, which used to take me hours each week. The AI insights are very helpful, allowing me to send proactive updates to clients without spending too much time finding data.
