I like Fluency because it helps make the process of building paid search campaigns manually in Google a lot easier. I also enjoy how we can just manage them, and it paces for us, showing if there is an issue like if it's pacing behind or if URLs aren't working. The templates built into Fluency are valuable, allowing us to upload the website URL, which helps in creating ad groups and ads way easier than doing it manually with ad copy. This is especially beneficial for managing multiple clients and getting campaigns up quickly. I also think Fluency has better templates compared to Hoot and doesn't randomly pause ads like Hoot does. Sometimes it doesn't alert us when a URL is disapproved directly in Google for policy or destination URLs, so we have to manually fix it or put in a Fluency support ticket. Sometimes there are technical issues where URLs aren't directing to the correct website pages, and if we can't implement a tag, we'll have to contact Fluency support, which sometimes takes days to get an answer. Also, there's a bit of a learning curve just because it's a new platform, but it's not too bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Nicole, thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us, it's great to hear that Fluency is making campaign management more efficient for you and your team. We also deeply value your input and perspective on areas where we can further improve, if you haven't already please escalate your concerns on support response times to your AE. Also regarding the learning curve, not sure if you went through Fluency Academy, but it has been a huge asset in eliminating any stress around ramping up with the platform.
