What do you like best about Flowmapp?
I love how fast you can create initial site maps, user flows, personas, etc., as well as how easy it is to iterate on them as you learn more. This is an excellent tool for collaboration within a team, as well as sharing your thought process with your clients. Rarely do I adjust processes based on features of a tool, but in this case Flowmapp's features have helped us to better define our internal processes. I have also been very happy with the level of customer support I have received, both in response time and quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Flowmapp?
There have been very few issues which we have encountered, and those that we have we can figure out a way to work around. The main downside we've discovered so far is not being able to copy objects (i.e., personas and user flows) between projects, or save them as templates. However, the support team has informed me that this is part of the future roadmap. We've decided to create a "starter" project that can include all of our Personas as a base, duplicate this to start a new project, then remove what we don't need. We have also encountered some issues with the export of Word documents, mainly in the formatting of the description fields. PDFs export great though, so we will use these until Word exporting is improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowmapp?
I love all the new features of Flowmapp, especially the integrated wireframes. Having estimations, sitemaps, wireframes, and content collection all in one app, streamlines the onboarding and discovery phases of my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing I noticed is that the AI integration is not as feature-rich as competitors' apps. I'm hoping this area will continue to improve, but I much prefer Flowmapp’s interface over similar apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flowmapp?
Most people are using FlowMapp for mocking up website silos and stuff like that. But to be honest... you can use it for ANYTHING.

Flowmapp is an amazing tool for information architecture. As a small agency focused on building user-friendly websites, we rely heavily on Flowmapp to create and refine our site maps and user flows. What do you dislike about Flowmapp?
One aspect of Flowmapp that could be improved is its flexibility when it comes to multiple main nodes or templates. While the current setup works well for our needs, it would be nice to have the ability to create and customize multiple templates for different projects or clients. Additionally, we often include SERP (Search Engine Results Page) information in our planning process, but currently have to add it as a text block within the main node. It would be great if there was a separate input field specifically for SERP information.

Customization panel (colors, borders etc) on the bottom of the screen - sometimes gives pain: you click on the element, then you need to go to the bottom of the screen, click to the color customisation, then on specific color.. then again and again) It's not the critical issue, but sometimes really hate this thing.
