FlowForma is very helpful when it comes to automating forms, applications, and record collection, as well as generating documents. Once everything is built and set up, the flows enable more automation and save a lot of time.

Sometimes the system has glitches, and it can be hard to figure out what’s going wrong or what’s possible to do when something breaks. The flowforma design part can also be confusing at times, especially when I’m trying to set things up the way I want.

Flowforma helps our program run more smoothly by streamlining our processes and keeping information and records in one place. The support team are very quick to respond, and all of my tickets have been resolved in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about the system. It is easy to use, you receive responses quickly and the support team are very knowledgeable.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have had a few issues with some of my flows, most recently with generating a PDF for a completed form. I submitted a ticket asking for assistance as I could not get it working and after a few emails back and fourth, I had a call with a member of the support team and they were able to help me solve the issue. They explained to me what I needed to do and I have since been able to help my colleague who was having the same problem.

I use FlowForma Process Automation for inputting and reviewing safety information for a construction project, and I've found it very effective. It provides clear and concise information and dashboards, which help me with my tasks. I like the varied processes we can use, and the fact that the information is live, making it easy to access and monitor. I can track the number of safety observations being raised by our team as they upload them, and it speeds up the admin side of collating the information for review. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I've been very happy with the product.

**What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?**

We really appreciate the flexibility of FlowForma Process Automation. Even though it's marketed as a no or low code tool, we've been able to push it to its limits by using small amounts of code and integrating it with our other systems. I value the SQL and API functionality that lets us pull information out and push it back into our databases, ensuring everything is audited within both platforms. This provides us with massive flexibility by using all the rules the system offers.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

While FlowForma Process Automation is touted as a no or low code system, you really need a bit of coding to do the more advanced things. We're using some JavaScript and regular expressions for more advanced data validation work. Working with the support team at FlowForma, we've been able to achieve these things, though not without a little bit of effort.

FlowForma Process Automation integrates with our student record system, automating changes that don't need human review, and ensuring auditability where there is a need for it. It saves time, simplifies processes, and ensures governance and data validation, making changes auditable and valid.

I like having FlowForma Process Automation as a one-stop place for all our automated processes. It allows us to have all our processes in one location and includes an approval matrix in the background. I appreciate the ease of creating new processes and having complex approvals when required. We are able to implement a global approval matrix across the company to ensure all approvals are done in accordance. FlowForma's design process is far more streamlined compared to what we used before. The initial setup was incredibly easy and well thought out.

At times the service can be slow and it would be nice to see it improved. Our end users often complain that forms don't load in an expected time frame.

I love how FlowForma Process Automation has made our voucher-based healthcare access program more efficient by automating processes that were previously paper- and fax-based. The automation helps not only our clients but also benefits other nonprofits involved and our staff. Many nonprofits are still dependent on paper, and FlowForma eliminates double effort and data entry issues. I believe having clients complete their registration forms through FlowForma gives them a greater sense of ownership over their health. The switch to this platform has provided us with autonomy and a purpose-built system that works much better than our previous setup. Even though learning to configure workflows takes time, the low-code/no-code nature of FlowForma makes it faster and user-friendly, which I really appreciate. Finally, I love this product and appreciate the great team at FlowForma.

We are learning more about how to configure workflows on our own. This takes a lot of time, but it's worth the effort so we can be more independent and create flows when we need them.

Everything is already configured so less time is wasted on coding.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

In FF7 it was possible to adjust the CSS file and change the colour of the tiles but in FF8 this is not possible. So while the site itself is our company colour the tiles are FF colours and clash. It is only a visual look but doesn't make it look seamless.

Automating business processes that are currently achieved by sending emails around with attachments. Also sending reminders to approvers.

**What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?**

Our experience with FlowForma Process Automation has been incredibly positive. As an NHS shared service working with eight NHS Trusts across the North West London area, FlowForma has been instrumental in standardising our processes. The implementation of FlowForma enabled us to create our first standardised process, significantly improving efficiency and output quality.

One of the key advantages of FlowForma is its integration with various Microsoft functions. For instance, its connection to the Outlook address book using the 'Persons or Group' and 'Get User Profile Property' features has reduced typing errors by approximately 80% when staff input email addresses, especially when assigning steps to different approvers. 

FlowForma's hosting on SharePoint has allowed us to create a central hub accessible to users from all eight NHS Trusts, despite their separate IT networks. This centralisation has simplified access and management. Moreover, FlowForma's flexibility has enabled us to tailor digital forms slightly for specific Trusts when needed.

The support team at FlowForma has been really helpful. Whenever I need assistance, I feel very comfortable reaching out to them.

Overall, FlowForma has empowered our staff to efficiently track and manage their digital forms, enhancing our operational effectiveness.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

There are some risks associated with FlowForma Process Automation for organisations or departments handling personal or commercially sensitive information. Since the app is hosted on SharePoint, the list view used to manage forms is accessible to all our stakeholders across the eight Trusts. They have edit-level permissions, which means staff can view and delete other members' forms and edit key functions like email templates. Even if these features are hidden, the 'search my site' function allows access to the backend of the app. Additionally, documents generated by the app and stored in SharePoint folders are accessible to all stakeholders.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FlowForma has significantly streamlined our operations by hosting a central SharePoint site accessible to all eight Trusts. One of our first successful automated processes was the waiver form, which is now widely used across multiple Trusts.

Implementing mandatory questions has been an audit requirement that was challenging to achieve using MS Word. FlowForma has simplified this task by providing various question types and data validation rules, allowing us to collect high-quality, consistent responses.

Each Trust operates under its own internal financial thresholds. The 'get list data' rule, connected to a SharePoint list, enables us to standardise processes while adhering to these thresholds. When a Trust name is selected, our digital workflows automatically adjust to the Trust's threshold values and approver details. This has greatly improved accuracy and compliance with Trust financial instruction guidelines, which had been a common struggle.

Additionally, the ability for users to track their own forms has reduced email traffic, freeing up resources within our teams.

i like that flowforma process automation makes things kinda easy even if i'm not super technical. the forms are simple to setup and most things work just by dragging and dropping stuff. it saves a lot of time because we don’t have to chase people for updates, the workflow just moves on its own. also the interface feels clean, so it's not confusing like other tools i tried before.

i dont really dislike much, but sometimes flowforma feels a bit slow when the workflows get bigger. like if there are too many steps, it takes a few seconds to load and that kinda bothers me.

flowforma is helping us fix a lot of manual work problems. before, we used to send emails back and forth and things got lost or delayed. now the whole process is in one place, so everyone knows what to do next. it cuts down a lot of time and stops confusion. it also helps us track approvals better, so we don’t have to chase people or remind them all the time.

**What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?**

FlowForma could become a strategic technological asset for your organization if it is serious about digitalizing its business. One of the best features of the product is the customer care. They are always ready to give you a hand in the development of your own processes. The road is not easy, and the learning curve will be somehow steep because after all you need to learn to no code; that entails learning the language of the tool, though, plus, other skills like understanding how your SharePoint list must be structured. For this reason, having such strong customer service is fundamental, and FlowForma has it. If your organization's leadership bets on going serious about automating your processes, FlowForma is a great choice as a technological enabler of such strategic choice. The tool is easy to use, but you need to start small and not choose your most complex process as your first to automate (trust FlowForma advisors on this). It can be integrated with other applications, but that's an advanced API feature that we have not yet implemented, although we surely intend to.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

The learning curve will be steep and you need to accept that you'll have to dedicate time to it. Developers have done a great job of allowing non-IT people to create digital processes, but still, a proper learning effort is demanded. However, that's ok because as you go along with your learning effort, you'll become more and more creative and design your processes in a much more elegant manner.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It greatly helps with process standards compliance, since process requirements can be embedded in the flows. You will be able to implement built-in quality measures, mistake-proofing and easing process participants into the flow. How user-friendly your flows are depends on your ability to design them properly, but this is learned along the way and seeking feedback from users.

Pawel Wierzgon was patient, solutions focused and was timely in his responses to our many knay queries. The ease at which he could bring us though the process and allowed us to look at how best to implement this system into our existing sharepoints. He also identified feature we did not knew existed in Flowforma which will allow us to roll this form out to all employees to use on an annual basis. The ease of integration was excellent and we aim to now transition all our forms to Flowforma.

The look and feel is still an issue of mine. I know the enw look and feel is going live shortly, so hope that our current forms can transition across once this is launched.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currenlty we have paper PDR forms which is combursome and time consuming to process. With leaning this process it will allow managers to cnetralise all documents into a central forum and for new manager to be able to access historial PDRs to reveiw performance of existing employees.

The ability to create  business processes without code, with simple business logic, and to engage with external contributors and to dynamically file generated reports and analyis data collected by each form.  Good customer support.

It has limited housekeeping routines, and does not have the built-in ability to reduce image sizes on upload to use SharePoint space more efficiently.

I find that evey step makes sense and that it links together in a way that is efficient. Flow forma support is always on hand with good detailed responses to any quiries too. Very easy to intergrate into the business and has a large amount of features which we frequently use.

The conditional questioning structure and ability to automatically trigger alerts and step changes is what makes this a better tool than others I have tried before.

It can be tricky to know what type of rules to apply to certain question types, however the help function is excellent and the SureStart programme does aim to get you through the first few hurdles and get you more used to using the tool.

We are new enough to FlowForma, however we have implemented some regulatory Health & Safety procedures which were previously email, excel, and paper heavy processes. Automating these processes using FlowForma has freed up time to spend on the items within these processes that need intervention.

The best thing about FlowForma is the ability to recreate parts of our business that used to require paperwork such as application processes and on boarding processes. Will also really simplify the induction process for everyone. Very handy to be able to have all important docs on FlowForma for ease of use and access. 

I also like how easy it is to edit your FlowFormas design to fit with your company branding.

When I first began to learn FlowForma i struggled to work out how to create new forms and flows. Although once you do learn the process is simple the early stages of learning can be difficult if you do not have great IT skills to begin with.

Ensure you have somebody suitable to learn how to use FlowForma to the best of its ability. A great system when implemented correctly.

Our On Boarding process has improved due to no longer requiring paperwork for everybody who wants to register with our company. We have created a link through FlowForma that we use on our website to make it as easy as possible for potential candidates to register their interest with us. 

With the ability to forward on applications from FlowForma direct to the required management and recruitment teams we are able to ensure that the necessary teams see the applications. This benefits us as we have a trail from start to finish of how the application was dealt with and sent on.

Flexibility: FlowForma allows for the development of custom components and integration to Azure Logicapp in scenarios where the base product does not meet specific/complex technical requirements

Document Management: FlowForma extends our own products' core functionality into Document Management, including the generation of actual Contracts (based on standard contract clauses) and Client / Project specific Form Templates.

We were already committed users of the Microsoft Suite of tools and in particular, SharePoint is a key platform for us. The integration with SharePoint was one deciding factor, but there were others. FlowForma really is no-code, and the easiest buy-in from staff is to have them deeply involved in the solution. Also ... it works.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

There is a steep learning curve with FlowForma and participation in the training sessions provided by the company is in a sense obligatory. Having said that, the support from the helpdesk is fast and usually they understand the issues very quickly. Some more integrations with third party apps could be helpful.

The tool sits on top of SharePoint. Knowledge of SharePoint helps. As with all workflow automation tools, preparation before implementation is the key to success.

We have operational and financial applications with workflows built in. Flow forma allows us to automate "the rest", all of the orphan workflows. Having seen the tool, we nevertheless see it can do some things better than our own applications. For example everything related to onboarding in HR or requisitions.

Looked to be capable of integrating with many existing products. Had an easy user-friendly format. No coding experience is necessary. Could format to fit in with existing corporate branding.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

The two-day introduction training just scratched the surface of the product's capability. Would have appreciated more focused sessions based on work team output requirements.

We are currently identifying which processes could benefit from swift adoption through the FlowForma platform, to reduce manual administration time, and reduce errors through over-working.

With all products, FlowForma is missing a few items to make it easier to use, but when reported to support, if you have a good business case it can end up a new feature

We are mapping out a lot of approval requests, from setting up new clients to staff requesting IT assets, cuts down on the paper trail and has an electronic trail that can be viewed easily

With some initial guidance, users can feel confident navigating the tool quickly to get real benefits. Creating functional automation for common processes.' really saves time and provides a tangible benefit that can be easily demonstrated.

There is nothing of note to dislike about the tool. It sets about providing exactly what it is designed to do with minimal fuss.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several processes were cumbersome and lacked ownership and consistency. Using FloForma to automate these processes has meant we have reliable and repeatable automation that ensures we consistently deliver on tasks (such as onboarding) comprehensively.

**What do you like best about FlowForma Process Automation?**

All functions available to use are in one place, easily accessible and categorised, which makes it easy to find what you need and also discover other options available without having to go to other pages etc. The help modules are equally well organsied and easy to find your way around.

**What do you dislike about FlowForma Process Automation?**

There's a bit of a learning curve when first starting to understand how steps and questions work as it's not immediately viewable to test the flow without creating a test form.

**What problems is FlowForma Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processes involving forms to be filled out by certain employees, then verified and confirmed by a manager or another employee, or processes involving setting up new starters. These processes are much more efficient and don't need to rely on certain sections to completed before progressing to other ones if that is what you want and can allocate sections to certain people allowing for security.
