Developer APIs and webhooks allow the software to integrate with other applications such as QuickBooks and Xero. Mobile apps are free for iOS and Android devices.

What do you like best about Fleetio?

Fleetio makes it easy to keep our fleet organized. The interface is clean, the search is fast, and the ability to track service history, parts, cost, and inspections in one place actually saves us time. What do you dislike about Fleetio?

Some features feel half-baked or overly rigid. Reporting can be frustrating because not every metric is customizable, and certain views don't pull the data you'd logically expect. The learning curve is steeper than it needs to be, especially for older or less tech-savvy users. And when something is mislabeled or wrong it takes too many steps to correct. What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fleetio centralizes everything - service history, parts, inspections, and work orders - so nothing gets lost or overlooked. It eliminates the constant back and forth with technicians and manager because all updated are logged in real time. It also improves cost control by showing exactly where money is going across all units, parts, and labor. "Comprehensive Fleet Monitoring with Great Dashboards"

What do you like best about Fleetio?

I like the Fleetio dashboard and how it summarizes the reports in graphs. It makes it easier for me to extract information just by clicking on the summary report displayed on the dashboard. I find Fleetio to be more detailed compared to monday.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

I'd like to improve on the fuel reporting, as I am still trying to figure out how to enter the data correctly. It's not that easy to set up initially, but I got through by watching the demo videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Fleet Management and Scheduling with Fleetio"

What do you like best about Fleetio?

Implementation of Fleetio is so easy, with the ability to bulk import information. Fleetio enables easy tracking and management of multiple fleets. Inspection forms and scheduling (service reminders) are easy to create and manage. Integrations with telematics systems are seamless. I am using Fleetio all day every day and the split screen feature has made things even easier. Customer service is always timely and helpful, even with the time differences.
