What do you like best about flair.hr?

As an employee, i apply for leave on the platform, identify those who are out of office on leave also so that i can take proactive measures to minimize delays in delivery of services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about flair.hr?

At times as employees we encountered downtimes on the platform whereby employees could not login but the issues was raised and the adminstrator worked on it. The system was back and running after the issue was resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform has been beneficial in absence management as the requests are approved or denied within a short period unlike before when we used emails to send absence requests to our line managers. the platform also tracks hours worked by employees per month so that they can be recorded against the particular programme the employee has spent on it. What do you like best about flair.hr?

Flair.hr is the tool that I used to make my work easy and reliable. The user interface is easy to accessible. The core part of the product is so convenient to use.

The features are in Flair. HR is so nice.

If we have any issues resolving the accessibility of the customer support executive is too early.

Using this software daily.

What do you dislike about flair.hr?

There is no concern about this product, every feature is awesome.

What do you like best about flair.hr?

The right menu bar is really well made. It's functions and anmations are nice. I personally really like the little illustrations of people, and the animations of the time that passed shown in a simple clock. The way we can adjust the time, if we missed to clock in or ot is also super simple and nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about flair.hr?

For me, as I have a Huawei phone the app doesn't work natively and I hade multiple occasions on which I actually turned of the time tracking, but then it was still running over the weekend, which I only noticed later.

The Absence Groups are also a little hidden and it took a while to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can easily book the absences through the flair and I don't have to contact my managers constantly about specifics. I can also see the amount of work and overtime I have and this is nice, as I can easily manage my work / free time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about flair.hr?

Flair is a good human resource management tool. As a user, I better have a handle documents needed to be viewed and signed, keep track of workflows, and manage my time through timekeeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about flair.hr?

I find all of flair's functionalities useful. I, for one, am using the Employee Hub. Sometimes, however, the system can become quite laggy or buggy, especially on timekeeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is flair.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that it helps me keep better track of my time ins and time outs, as well as my breaks. It is useful that I can keep notes on what I did during the day. What do you like best about flair.hr?

Flair.hr is useful for every employee and good for suggesting human resources,

and it is an easy way to get payslips, our attendance, reviews and performances Flair.hr is excellent.

What do you like best about flair.hr?

It is easy to use and doesn't take long to load up. I appreciate that it allows us to edit our log in details giving us accountability for our worktime. I also like that it reminds us of people's birthdays and the holidays! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about flair.hr?

I'm not sure if this has been updated but before, when I filed a leave and need to make changes, I had to delete the request and create another one. I hope we could just edit it, especially when it's not yet approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about flair.hr?

What do you like best about flair.hr?

The fact that it is based on Salesforce, which we use as our "company OS", allows us to perfectly integrate all our HR processes with the rest of our operations. Its Employer Hub serves as a perfect, clear and clean frontend to our employees to track time, request time off, track their goals etc.

Also, the public career page which perfectly integrates with our recruiting workflow is a strong asset. I suppose it would be very hard to find a solution with a similar rich offering at flair's competitive pricing. Add the world class support, this solutions leaves no wishes open for us. What do you dislike about flair.hr?

There is room for improvement in goals and performance tracking. Also, I'm looking forward to a new version of their mobile App, which doesn't yet match the desktop offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
