The features are really thought-through, and the interface is very easy to use. I don't think there's any other tool we use that's so user-friendly. The support and expertise of Innovent Solutions is fantastic, they're always able to provide an answer to any question as well as recommendations on how to achieve the desired outcome. I like that Innovent Solutions is a small company and they seem better able to respond to customer wishes, requests, and pleas for help. They have taken the time to get to know us, our needs, and (to some extent) our data. When we give suggestions to make something easier for us to use the FindTuner product, they seem to give it careful consideration, and often respond that it is either already planned for an upcoming release or they will try to get it into an upcoming release.
When we end up having a critical problem (consumer-facing production outage), they are quick to respond, and help us fix our data (if our data is the problem) or develop and quickly release a hotfix (if it is a problem in FindTuner or if they can provide a way to us avoid encountering the problem).

Perhaps because of the size of Innovent Solutions, or because of what I presume to be a limited customer base for FindTuner, there are times when we get a release, then quickly find out that something in the new release doesn't work with our data or processes, so that it is not ready for us to use in a Production environment. Sometimes we find that we are helping test a release that we would have hoped to solid, with all the kinks worked out, before we got it (as an official release). Occasionally our business finds a feature or widget we do not use or have a need to use currently. We need to instruct our users to 'not use' the widget or feature. We use SAP Commerce Cloud which doesn't support FindTuner directly, so we needed some workarounds. For us it was also better to have the interface inside of the CCv2 backoffice instead of a separate location. We still use a lot of url parameters for which you should have in depth solr knowledge. FindTuner has a great UI that makes it very easy to navigate and understand its features.

The update to the new software is an improvement but I wish that I could see products that are being boosted wtihout taking the rule out of active mode, or that if I "pin" that the logic could see any gaps in the pinning numbers and fill it in as I continue pinning.
