What do you like best about Fielo?

Fielo allows our business to design incentive rules and rewards that help us meet our business goals. Being a Salesforce native solution, Fielo has given our reps visibility as well as the ability to influence their customer behaviours. Additionally, Fielo provides our customers access to their member status and activities and allows them to redeem their point credits at their leisure via our Experience Cloud portal. What do you dislike about Fielo?

What do you like best about Fielo?

The Fielo team have been brilliant since starting our journey with them. They truly care about understanding and delivering our requirements. We use Fielo to support our customer advocacy program both from a front-end and back-end perspective and it allows us to create different types of activity engagement for them. If you know Salesforce, then Fielo is very easy to use and is configurable to how you want it to be. There's loads more we can do with it! Also, I like that it's native to Salesforce as that's our source of truth. Big shout out to Sergio for all his support during and post-implementation. Latest version of the platform is great, love the UI and I look forward to further improvements!

What do you dislike about Fielo?

Supporting loyalty and advocacy management primarily. It's given us a program to incentivise our customers to take part in advocacy and reward them when doing so, while also creating an engaging front-end experience that is connected and accessible via our own product (through SSO) meaning no additional login and a seamless experience for our customers. What do you dislike about Fielo?

1. Fielo could improve on the interface configuration. Our product intention is to hand the incentive configuration completely over to business. However, the current interface design would require a decent amount of user trainings. Another challenge is the testings part. Without decent amount of testing in lower environment, we are hesitated to hand over the production configurations to business.

2. Our system still requires a lot of salesforce customization to feed the data into fielo. Also the huge amount of fielo rules were causing optimization issue - we have to breakdown and simplify the rules as much as possible to avoid causing system failure. What do you like best about Fielo?

Fielo capabilities actively supported Tobacco company to fit all main requirements thanks to the facility to set up all e-learning and incentivization activities for getting then benefits from their Field force.

The main boost is the strict collaboration between FIELO product team and Client to discuss any possible enhancement for being then part of FIELO development road map. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

A possible next improvement might be good to manage the product as more Client oriented in order to give a set of OOTB configurations (like different User profiles ) that surely will help clients to manage their profile access to FIELO easily and reduce the risk of regression issues during installation of new FIELO releases. What problems is Fielo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fielo provided all the time an excellent support for solving all the blocker issues we've encountered so far. AS of today FIELO product is stable and there is no big criticality. What do you like best about Fielo?

- Fielo offers the best fit for Salesforce eco-system since this loyalty engine is natively on Salesforce

- Configuration options are considered very simple

- Fielo may be restricted to some of the more classic types of loyalty programmes and not as innovative as other newer loyalty products in the market.

What do you like best about Fielo?

Every great tool has some downsides. FIELO team should be more careful during release to avoid impactful issues. Enhanced Reports can help analysts/admins to understand and help run the business smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fielo?

1) easy plug-in to Salesforce.com, similar interface, easy access to already available data sets, familiar ways to operate with data management and reporting

2) variety of low code options to configure use cases for trade partners loyalty management

1) Unacceptable UI/UX for mobile devices in the past - now it is a different product with promising results after initial testing. However, re-onboarding of existing users will be required

2) unclear roadmap for the product as such. There are valuable features; however, not clear what exact implementation and when exactly will appear

What do you like best about Fielo?

We use FIELO to administer a dealer loyalty program. It sorts through an array of data and track inventory / sale numbers as they relate to the program. When the accounts and information are properly set up by the sales team, the process works very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

The process requires all the paperwork from the field sales reps to be correct and up to date. If that doesnt' happen, there are many manual corrections that need to be made by the administrator and the data analysts, leading to weeks worth of manual correlations.
