"Great platform"

What do you like best about Fielo?

Fielo allows our business to design incentive rules and rewards that help us meet our business goals. Being a Salesforce native solution, Fielo has given our reps visibility as well as the ability to influence their customer behaviours. Additionally, Fielo provides our customers access to their member status and activities and allows them to redeem their point credits at their leisure via our Experience Cloud portal. The ongoing quarterly review process driven by Fielo is also a useful tool to optimise our program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fielo?

Lack of local support team - Our business is located in Australia, and so we have experienced some challenges where support is required due to the time difference with Brazil. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fielo helps us to provide additional value to our customers by rewarding loyalty and engagement with our brands. Ultimately, Fielo provides the link between our various sales & education initiatives and is helping us to increase brand awareness, penetration, and order frequency.
