When documents are generated through Shoobx and sent to third parties for execution, third parties have to create an account and since Shoobx is relatively unknown, many push back and ask for alternative e-signature methods. This unfortunately diminishes the automation and systematic storage feature. Intuitive workflows and amazing customer support! The biggest pain point is the inability to naturally edit earlier stages of a workflow without erasing work that was done in a later stage. That being said, their customer success team has gone above and beyond to complete this work behind the scenes to avoid duplicative work.
