Qapita helped us devise and implement our equity incentive plan, providing all the required documents per the compliance requirements. What I particularly like is the platform that allows employees granted options to log in and check their status, like how many options they have, if they have vested, and when they will vest. For a company like us that had never implemented an equity incentive plan before, starting from scratch, Qapita guided us on selecting the right parameters for the plan. Once the plan was ready, the implementation, via their platform, eliminated the need for us to maintain databases in spreadsheets or other programs, making the process seamless. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the Qapita team during setup, showcasing best practices, and they gave a detailed demo to help us understand the platform better. As an employee, I find the Qapita interface highly user-friendly and easy to navigate. From an administrator’s perspective, the platform also offers flexible, readily available reports that are extremely helpful for reconciliation, audit requirements, and compliance reporting. To begin with, we find the platform rather inflexible, as it does not offer sufficient customization options for dashboards and reports. This shortcoming has made it difficult for us to create the tailored reports our organization needs. Consequently, we frequently have to reconcile information from several different reports, which is far from efficient.

Furthermore, we are handling Cashless transactions outside of Qapita and only uploading the data afterward. This process introduces additional complexity to our workflow.

I really like how easy Qapita makes it to manage and track grants. The platform is user-friendly, which allows me to add and separate grants efficiently. It's not really a 'dislike' but I found the process of having to verify details separately on an Excel sheet in an email quite tiresome as this means whoever is verifying has to then check whether the Excel sheet matches the information on the Qapita dashboard. It's harder to track versioning too. Since the Qapita dashboard is and should be the single source of truth, I think there's an easier way to complete this process.
