I find Fidelity Private Shares incredibly functional and easy to use.. The ability to store information and share it with the investor base is very important. I also appreciate the ability to issue stock option grants and restricted stock grants electronically, which is very, very valuable. Additionally, having all the information I need about our cap table readily available at my fingertips is robust. I also love being able to automatically upload quarterly investor reports into the system and issue them to our shareholders. I find Fidelity Private Shares extremely helpful for cap table management. It's the first online platform that has accurately captured our cap table, and I'm very excited about this. One of the things I find a bit lacking is the modeling tools for scenario analysis. They do have modeling tools, but from my understanding, it's more useful once you have a deal firmed up and know what your planned offer is, rather than being used for exploring different scenario analyses. Placing orders and navigating my way around is totally simple. Sometimes I use it a few times a week; other times I might not use it but once or twice a month.
