I love that fathom allows you to have a free lifetime subscription. I think its really important to make it accessible to everyone in that way. I also appreciate that when you get a trial you get to experience the more premium features for free. I really enjoyed the task features and recap information it provided. I rarely give any product reviews, but this one deserves the 10 out od 10. The quality of the summaries and follow-up items is insane. I stopped making any notes duering my customer meetings now and can focus on the meeting instead. It sends summary also to the partier who were on the call and compared to built in assitants it works across all platforms like Zoom, Teams and Google meet and also on those that I was invited to. I have tried every notetaker on the market. I started using Fathom 4 years ago initially as a personal tool with my work calls, within a year I implemented it company wide. The ease of use during and after calls is perfect. I use Fathom every day multiple times a day, on calls with my internal team and with clients. In full transparency, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Fathom. I would like to see more integrations become available, particularly with Project Management tools. Fathoms new Zapier integration is a decent band aid for the short term, but not long term as Zapier can get expensive quick if you use it often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a lot of indepth discussions where taking notes distracts me from being an effective thinker. Fathom is like a super sharpe aide that helps me retain all the most important details in every discussion I have. It has saved me many hours recolecting and collecting notes with from important meetings and most of all details from my clients on their projects or needs. Fathom is a great, affordable tool which scales with the size of our team. It has both the basics (call recording, transcribing) and advanced AI functionality (summarizing calls, call analytics for training, etc.)

Our Sales and Customer Success teams use Fathom to record prospect and customer interactions, and our Marketing, product and data team reviews key words, analytics, to gather insights on who we talk to, what questions our customers are asking, and industry knowledge. When comparing Fathom with what we formerlly used (Gong), Fathom is best for organizations that want to gather more basic insights and use basic functionality (recording and transcribing) without all the fancy manager analytics.

We used Gong for a few years and noticed that Gong was significantly more expensive and has more manager insights and CRM integration, however we found we did not need that level of functionality and did not want to pay for the premium product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fathom helps remember and keep track of the myriad conversations on zoom. It interacts seamlessly and then emails me a summary of the conversation. I tried other AI solutions and fathom seems to provide the most accurate summary of them all. The portion that keeps me accountable are the action items at the bottom of the transcript, which remind me what I promised my clients or colleagues that I'm going to do. I have an encountered it yet, but I can imagine that certain colleagues or clients may be uncomfortable at being recorded. So I make a special point early on in every conversation to point out that fathom is recording the conversation and to make sure that they are OK with it. The AI itself notifies all participants that it's recording, but I like to do it personally just to make sure that they've seen it and they are aware of the implications. - How incredibly accurate the not-taking, summaries and the action items are captured

- Ability to go to the exact smarry bullet or action item and playback review what was said is super useful

- Was incredibly easy to connect to Google Meet and Zoom and worked well all the time
