I absolutely loved using Fathom! The layout is so intuitive, and everything is structured so perfectly—action items, key takeaways, and summaries all flow seamlessly. It makes reviewing meetings effortless, with just the right level of detail.

I like everything about Fathom. It's the first AI-based application that really generated a change in the productivity of my team and the organization/quantification of my everyday meetings. The first thing I like Is its integration with the two most common videoconference systems (i.e., Zoom and Google Meets). Secondly, the interface is easy to use, with no need to enter complicated prompts or a dedicated API to connect to typical applications (e.g., Customer Relationship Management like HubSpot). In addition, the team replies immediately (in less than 24 hours) to questions and suggestions directly via the App with a simple Help button. Additionally, the possibility to seamlessly work in several languages (e.g., German, English, and Spanish) makes fathom the tool to use when working in an international setting. I would prefer the video organization of "myCalls" to be based on videos and not on their specific content. That's important for my organization since I have calls with patients, business partners, and members of my team that I would love to have into different 'playlists' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having severe to profound hearing loss, having Fathom taking notes has allowed me to concentrate on the teams call and not miss vital information that I would have missed if I was scribbling notes.

Being able to then review the actions after the calls allows me to ensure follow ups are concise and acted upon in a timely manner.

Nothing major other than there are a lot of Americanisms in the copy and if there are multiple people speaking through 1 laptop in a group meeting it doesn't know who is speaking so Fathom assumes it's the person who's team login is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fathom saw a need beyond the traditional offerings, and this program has been an enormous time saver for me!

Real talk - I was in a recurring meeting, and each of the attendees tried hard to remember a pivotal moment from our previous session, and we were all STUMPED! It was like brain fog had us all!

Within a few secs, I remembered: "Wait, I have Fathom; let me do a keyword search on the transcript to see if I can locate that soundbite."

I was the HERO of that meeting because I found the soundbite we agreed to use for a Black History month festival!

Post meeting action items are gold. The "Ask Fathom" feature is also amazing. Asking questions such as "What were the top three reasons Michael would not want to move forward with my solution" is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I sure wish the Ask Fathom feature could look across ALL of our calls, across the entire team. Woudn't it be great if I could "Ask Fathom" something like:

For all calls in Q4 for the sales team, what are the top 10 feature requests from prospective clients that were requested that are not available in our product set today.

Our company has tried out several AI notetakers and we have found that Fathom is the easiest to use and has high quality notes and summaries compared to other notetakers. We love that the usage is unlimited with the free plan, so we don't have to worry about running out of hours. We also love that the summaries have links to the exact point in the video recording where each item was discussed - a great feature if you want to review the specifics of what was said. Fathom is extremely easy to use with google meet, and the summaries are sent immediately. It's simply fantastic and makes my life a whole lot easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have suppot a bit more readily available...sometimes waiting a day for an email response doesn't work for me when I need quicker answers. I would like a full on window or even email confirmation tht X has been sent to Y, to be sure that participants have been given access. Even a pop-up post meeting that says "Do you want to send this meeting to all participants...etc. And in what form or with what access?" That would be a definite step above the rest. Fathom makes it incredibly easy to capture high-quality meeting notes and summaries in both Google Meet and Zoom. The templates are a huge time-saver, ensuring that key takeaways, action items, and important details are accurately recorded. I also love the ability to click on content within the note to jump directly to that moment in the recording—it makes reviewing meetings much more efficient. When sharing a recording, I wish Fathom would prompt me to select or deselect attendees rather than defaulting to auto-sharing to everyone on the invite. Otherwise, the tool is intuitive and easy to use, making meeting management much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I'm attending meetings I like to be present. Having Fathom as a primary note taker, I'm able to be fully engaged in what is taking place. Fathom is never intrusive or makes my guests uncomfortable. When my meetings are over, it's easy for me to rewatch meetings, look at the transcripts, search for key notes or review the highlights! Instead of having to rewatch a recording of a long meeting, I'm able to be efficient with my time and cut to what's needed. It even creates action items for us! And it's easy for us to click on a note highlight or question and go directly to that section of the video. Fathom is officially apart of the team and is used in just about every meeting. I don't dislike anything about Fathom. IF i had to choose something, it would be adding, answers to the questions asked but I understand how that would be a difficult task if you don't know what answer to look for! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have to take notes during meetings anymore! I used to constantly be distracted by having to write down all the highlights during a client meeting, now I can let Fathom do it for me. At first I still took my own notes just to be sure nothing was missed, but now I trust it to catch everything and even things I missed.
