What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

We use Brandwatch every single day. Setting it up was a breeze and the onboarding from the team was very helpful. The interface is so clean and well organized. I love how each module is set up and easy to navigate. I love that we can personalize our feeds in Engage, and I love all the filter options in the Publish calendar. Measure is my favourite, the customized dashboards have changed everything for us. We can really make it work for us. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

There is very little we dislike about Brandwatch. Every issue we've come across we've found a solution or workaround for. One thing I wish we could do is further customize the campaign tracking. I wish you could have multiple templates for campaign tracking per channel, and that each part of the utm code could be customized with a different label group. We'd don't use the campaign tracking feature at the moment because we have too many different codes we need to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It saves us a lot of time. We don't need to use another platform to manage or organize our calendar. The approval workflow is also amazing, so we can approve all content in platform for our team. The analytics are excellent and we can now do all of our reporting through one platform. We were able to eliminate the need for multiple other tools with Brandwatch. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch is an excellent tool to visualise large quantities of data within a short amount of time, which makes it ideal for reviewing the impacts of larger campaigns on public opinion. It is easy to implement and has been used on a variety of projects within our organisation in the span of a year.

The graphs and tools are varied and provide many different insights that are very helpful in evidencing value of public relations campaigns to stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Unfortunately, demographic data is very limited and sentiment analysis is very inaccurate. Some stories, which were sad in content but not reputationally negative were still flagged as a "negative" sentiment, even though it was negative solely because of the nature of the story and nothing to do with the brand. What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brandwatch has allowed us to reactively analyse campaigns as well as proactively monitor unfolding situations which could potentially be reputationally damaging, and adjust our approach as a result. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I'm currently still learning and going through the Academy, but so far, I love that as soon as I connected our social accounts, it generated the content we've already published in the past. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I use Brandwatch daily. Any social media manager knows it's critical that you be able to compose and schedule your posts in advance. Many schedulers can be used to accomplish this, but where Brandwatch excels is the approval queues that can be created if you have multiple members of a team working on the same social posts. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch support can be slow and unhelpful. I wish they were more proactive about notifying users when known problems are occuring rather than waiting for individual users to file a support ticket for something that turns out to be a global issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I have used a few different social media management tools in my career and found Brandwatch to be the best. I like that the platform has a lot to offer, from scheduling to engagement to measuring analytics. One of my favourite features is the ability to tag content. It allows me to organize and keep track of the analytics for various campaigns, as well as easily find content. Another feature that works well is the ability to have multiple team members on the platform with different restrictions. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

The biggest downside is the apps. The apps don't offer much, and I find a lot of the time, something is not working. I believe not all features are available on the app, which makes things very difficult. It would be helpful to have everything available and easily accessible on my phone as I do not always have access to a computer. I really wish that the apps had more to offer and worked better. What problems is Brandwatch Social Media Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

One problem we face is we have a few different channels and multiple departments and teams that need to be able to have access to posting on the channels. For security reasons, we do not want to give everyone access to login to our various social media accounts. Brandwatch solves this by allowing us to have multiple users on the Brandwatch account which allows these staff members to post (with approval), without giving them full access to the accounts. What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Brandwatch made it easy to understand the acceptance of the work that has been done in social media and to know better what should be the next steps to make it even better. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

Since I began to work with Brandwatch, there have been many improvements in the platform. The best part is that they take clients feedbacks seriously and use them to improve the tool. As for now, I only see a little point of improvement in the "Measure" section, which is to be able to select any timespan I want, for example, "20 days from now". What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

I do enjoy the access to many different modules in the platform. You can accomplish much of your social media marketing goals with the usage of this management system. Some Modules are not as relevant to my organization's needs. In the publish module, it would be great to have a way to schedule multiple post at a time rather than one by one. My team and I were excited to integrate Brandwatch because of the Listening feature. It allows us to know what people are saying, and the types of conversations that are being had when it comes to subject matters at our organization.

Sometimes I'm using the platform normally and another window opens asking me to log in again, and as soon as I log in I return normally to the platform, I noticed that the more I use it the more constant it becomes, nothing compromising, just sometimes it breaks my line of reasoning during query creation, for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brandwatch Social Media Management?

AI is integrated more and more, the platform is easy to use and we always have everything at one sight. In case if something doesn't work, I always get quick and super polite and helpful support trough the chat. Implementation was really easy, we use it on a daily base.
