We use Brandwatch every single day. Setting it up was a breeze and the onboarding from the team was very helpful. The interface is so clean and well organized. I love how each module is set up and easy to navigate. I love that we can personalize our feeds in Engage, and I love all the filter options in the Publish calendar. Measure is my favourite, the customized dashboards have changed everything for us. We can really make it work for us. There is very little we dislike about Brandwatch. Every issue we've come across we've found a solution or workaround for. One thing I wish we could do is further customize the campaign tracking. I wish you could have multiple templates for campaign tracking per channel, and that each part of the utm code could be customized with a different label group. Brandwatch is an excellent tool to visualise large quantities of data within a short amount of time, which makes it ideal for reviewing the impacts of larger campaigns on public opinion. It is easy to implement and has been used on a variety of projects within our organisation in the span of a year.
The graphs and tools are varied and provide many different insights that are very helpful in evidencing value of public relations campaigns to stakeholders.

Unfortunately, demographic data is very limited and sentiment analysis is very inaccurate. Some stories, which were sad in content but not reputationally negative were still flagged as a "negative" sentiment, even though it was negative solely because of the nature of the story and nothing to do with the brand. I'm currently still learning and going through the Academy, but so far, I love that as soon as I connected our social accounts, it generated the content we've already published in the past. I use Brandwatch daily. Any social media manager knows it's critical that you be able to compose and schedule your posts in advance. Many schedulers can be used to accomplish this, but where Brandwatch excels is the approval queues that can be created if you have multiple members of a team working on the same social posts. The transition to Brandwatch was fairly straightforward. Accounts do not need to be reconnected often, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brandwatch support can be slow and unhelpful. I wish they were more proactive about notifying users when known problems are occuring rather than waiting for individual users to file a support ticket for something that turns out to be a global issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Brandwatch Social Media Management is the real-time monitoring and detailed analysis, which make it easy to quickly adjust strategies and present data effectively to the team. Additionally, the support from Brandwatch is excellent, providing timely assistance whenever needed. What I don't like about Brandwatch Social Media Management is that the platform sometimes has bugs that can affect usability. Additionally, the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users due to the variety of features and settings available, which can be discouraging for those needing quick results. I have used a few different social media management tools in my career and found Brandwatch to be the best. I like that the platform has a lot to offer, from scheduling to engagement to measuring analytics. One of my favourite features is the ability to tag content. It allows me to organize and keep track of the analytics for various campaigns, as well as easily find content. Another feature that works well is the ability to have multiple team members on the platform with different restrictions. Having the ability to send content in for approval works really well for our team and everyone finds the process easy and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside is the apps. The apps don't offer much, and I find a lot of the time, something is not working. I believe not all features are available on the app, which makes things very difficult. It would be helpful to have everything available and easily accessible on my phone as I do not always have access to a computer. I really wish that the apps had more to offer and worked better. Brandwatch made it easy to understand the acceptance of the work that has been done in social media and to know better what should be the next steps to make it even better. Since I began to work with Brandwatch, there have been many improvements in the platform. The best part is that they take clients feedbacks seriously and use them to improve the tool. As for now, I only see a little point of improvement in the "Measure" section, which is to be able to select any timespan I want, for example, "20 days from now". I do enjoy the access to many different modules in the platform. You can accomplish much of your social media marketing goals with the usage of this management system. My team and I use Brandwatch everyday to publush post and it does make our job flexibile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some Modules are not as relevant to my organization's needs. In the publish module, it would be great to have a way to schedule multiple post at a time rather than one by one. The range of possibilities for collecting and viewing mentions in the media always surprises me and the ease of doing this is even better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I'm using the platform normally and another window opens asking me to log in again, and as soon as I log in I return normally to the platform, I noticed that the more I use it the more constant it becomes, nothing compromising, just sometimes it breaks my line of reasoning during query creation, for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AI is integrated more and more, the platform is easy to use and we always have everything at one sight. In case if something doesn't work, I always get quick and super polite and helpful support trough the chat. Implementation was really easy, we use it on a daily base.
