What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

It can be completed at first because of the different ways to ship orders depending on the size and quantity but it takes time to learn and get it correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

They are quick to answer questions and update settings and maps. Always keep you in the know, have worked with all types of Dropship partners. Very dependable platform, they follow up with customer if there is a transmission issue, mostly likely problem comes from the vendor and not EZCOM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eZCom Software EDI?

Would like them to come out with order management systems, not keen on their pricing models. Printing UPS labels should not be such a high cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The assistance that their support team supplies is amazing. This was our first time using EDI to connect with a large retailer. Their support team immediately had the answers we needed. I'm not sure I've ever received such good support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

I love that their techs are state-side so I can get answers and help in my time zone, the discovery call to implementation has been the least-stressful tech project ever. I've been tearing my hair out for years over old our old EDI provider and eZCom just walked right in, had us switched over in 48 hours, and we were trained the following week. We could never get our old EDI connection 100% functional and it was constantly breaking. Aside from best customer support, their system is easy to navigate and use. They are so fast with inquiry, questions or anything you need to effectively use their system. I'm far from a "poweruser" and frequently have questions (EDI is not my area of expertise or interest tbh). The support team at eZCom are always available, easy to understand, super patient, and so far they have always got me going again. What do you like best about eZCom Software EDI?

Best customer service anywhere, always very professional and quickly resolve our issues. They reply to phone calls and e-mails in a few minutes (normally) and not the standard 2-5 business days like a lot of customer service reps from other companies. We have been integrating with Quickbooks and it has gone smoothly - they have been very helpful in step-by-step and very quick in getting us up and rolling. I needed an affordable, user-friendly EDI service. I was unfamiliar with EDI and had never used EDI before in any capacity. They got me going and helped me get set up properly from the very beginning, helped me with every set-up and now I feel like a pro!
