It's hard to pick one--so I'll start with transparency. I was aware of every action taken on our behalf throughout the process which enabled me to provide regular updates to my team and buyer. That makes me look good at my job! (And good luck getting that level of input with other providers at the same price point--I know because I"ve been there.) Secondly, it was very easy to implement and use the site immediately--their customer service is excellent and made the experience almost effortless. They are quick to answer questions and update settings and maps. Always keep you in the know, have worked with all types of Dropship partners. Very dependable platform, they follow up with customer if there is a transmission issue, mostly likely problem comes from the vendor and not EZCOM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like them to come out with order management systems, not keen on their pricing models. Printing UPS labels should not be such a high cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
