Receiving, acknowledging orders, and billing our customers is such a breeze with EDI. I actually prefer receiving orders through EDI, manually entering the invoices on this platform is also very easy. I use this software for about 3-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. OK, I am not a full time expert on EDI becuase I play numerous roles in my business, and I am in my 60's. I find eZCom more learnable than most platforms I work in. Their customer service is quick to respond to my and my team's requests for help, with a personal touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that when a customer goes dormant, I am still paying $15 per month for the subscription service. Cancelling the trading partner will cost another setup fee should we restart our business relationship, so it's a gamble, a catch-22 to decide whether or not to cancel a customer's monthly service fee. The platform really allows you to connect and integrate with most of the known large retail companies in the US. They have an amazing support and integration approach, making the process very easy, almost seamless. Their customer support is top notch. Depending on what kind of documents you send with your partners, the costs can sky rocket fast. Inventory synchronizations can be very costly via EDI because you end up sending multiple documents, every hour. Fantastic Customer Service Representatives are always eager and happy to provide knowledgeable above-board service. No service requests have gone unmet as our needs change in the manufacturing market. eZcom is just that, E Z to learn and navigate, making my tasks much quicker and easier to accomplish. It's always a pleasure & nothing to dread when using the numerous EDI services provided by EZCom/Lingo. I never fear new trading partner set up or Quickbooks integration errors as EZCom is always on point-with swift careful implementation processes-and world class customer service/tech support. I cannot believe how helpful and responsive the entire company is with any issues we encounter.
There is no other company that I work with that is this helpful and quick at resolving any issues or questions I may have. It was implemented very easily and the integration with Chewy was simple and effortless. Our staff had no issues and it was software we used daily.
From the initial contact with Jim in sales, to the set up and the support, eZCom has been amazing! They are kind, helpful, and responsive. They explain any support issues with screenshots, so it makes everything so much easier. Using an EDI is new for me, and every time I have emailed with a question or issue, the folks at eZcom have resolved my problem quickly. They help me to resolve it, so it helps me going forward too. After using eZCom software for over a year I can honestly say there is nothing I dislike. The support and use of use is perfect, it had all the features we needed to work with a third party platform.

We’ve been with EZCom for about 12 years now, and I can confidently say they’ve been nothing short of exceptional.
When it comes to EDI, you just want it to work. That wasn’t our experience starting out — we originally launched with SPS Commerce, who at the time (and maybe still) was the dominant player in the space. Our first major order was around 10,000 boxes, each requiring a unique label. After days of label printing through SPS, we realized their system had a glitch that printed a multiple of each label — either 3x or 4x. With tens of thousands of labels and each one being unique, it was physically impossible to sort through the mess and salvage the order in time.
To say it was a nightmare is an understatement. We spent days on the phone with SPS tech support, desperately trying to fix things as a massive shipment deadline loomed. The issue even reached their CEO — who, to his credit, was a great guy and offered us extended free service. But it was clear: no amount of free service would justify staying if something like that could happen again.
That’s when we found EZCom — and we’ve been with them ever since. Nearly twelve years later, we’ve had zero issues. We get orders, we invoice, we get paid. I don’t have to think about it — and that’s exactly how EDI should work.
Their tech team is responsive and easy to work with, especially when onboarding a new retail partner. Their pricing is fair, and their leadership has always done right by us.

Have now been an eZCom user for over 10 years and compared to other EDI platforms it is by far the most user friendly! If we are mandated to use another platform we run it thru eZCom to simplify the role of our CSR team. On the rare instance when we need assistance we are able to speak with a real person or use the help function which actually does a great job of explaining the steps to take. Also, the platform is very user friendly and intuitive to use. Everything is clearly defined and easy to understand making it the most efficient EDI provider we use. I use EDI almost everyday, I like the ease of fulfilling an order from a retailer as well as the automated invoicing that I am able to do. Customer support is always quick and friendly whenever it comes to an issue on a PO or just have a question about services available. Integrating and implementing EDI within our company has been an easy and smooth process from help from custmer service on setting up to my employees being able to use the software without any issues.
