What do you like best about Edge?

What is most helpful about EyeRate is the ability to get honest feedback. I know I'd much rather text a complaint than face a human and make anyone feel bad. Its simple for the customers to use. Its keeps my employees on their best behavior because any of the customers in front of them may be the ones doing a review on them.

The staff has been helpful. The sales team did a great job at highlighting how this program could help the business. My account rep Julz Baltazar has been amazing. What do you like best about Edge?

Eyerate provided our customers with a quick and easy way to leave us reviews, while their experience was still fresh in their minds, increasing our Google rating and the number of reviews by 300%. What do you like best about Edge?

EyeRate is a Win, Win, Win for our customers, our employees, and our management team! Our customers like the fact that by providing feedback to us in the form of a review they are additionally compensating our employees who have provided them with a great experience. Our employees are recognized for providing exceptional services to our customers and financially rewarded through the EyeRate payout. Our management team can better gauge the quality of our employee services based on customer feedback. We have gone from a 3.4 Google ranking to a 4.9 within a 7-months, and have almost 150, 5-Star reviews that have increased our new customer acquisition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a business owner, you do not always get feedback in real-time (or close to it) that is useful for measuring how well (or not) you are doing. What do you like best about Edge?

Eyerate's service makes it easy for our customers to leave valuable feedback for our company. They create an automatic pathway that allows our customers to leave a review on the platform of our choosing (we prefer Google and Facebook). The leaderboard is amazing as well as it creates friendly competition among the staff to boost their personal reviews. We added 37 new positive Google reviews in one month which is amazing considering our client base consists of 150 people! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Edge?

The only problem that we have with the EyeRate platform is that we have to manually send in our reports so they can process the messages each day. This is not their fault, however, but our parent company Xponential blocking the reporting. EyeRate is working hard with Xpontential to fix this problem and make the service flawless. What do you like best about Edge?

I own 7 Massage Envy franchisees who had no real focus on managing and promoting our online presence. We tried EVERYTHING - in house promotions, competitions, giveways and paid marketing to no avail. We were approached by Eyerate who promised to disrupt our old ways and transform our online presence. Their 100% automated solution CHANGED THE GAME. We received more 5 star reviews in one month than we did in the entire year. 15 months later we moved four 3.2 to 4.8 average review with HUNDREDS of testimonials. We had a bump or two along the way on the employee interface. Those issues were quickly resolved. The service is incredibly reliable and I'm glad we can "set it and forget it." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had very few 5 star reviews; often clients were only posting when they were angry.
