What is most helpful about EyeRate is the ability to get honest feedback. I know I'd much rather text a complaint than face a human and make anyone feel bad. Its simple for the customers to use. Its keeps my employees on their best behavior because any of the customers in front of them may be the ones doing a review on them.
The staff has been helpful. The sales team did a great job at highlighting how this program could help the business. My account rep Julz Baltazar has been amazing. Eyerate provided our customers with a quick and easy way to leave us reviews, while their experience was still fresh in their minds, increasing our Google rating and the number of reviews by 300%. Our customers like the fact that by providing feedback to us in the form of a review they are additionally compensating our employees who have provided them with a great experience. Our employees are recognized for providing exceptional services to our customers and financially rewarded through the EyeRate payout. Our management team can better gauge the quality of our employee services based on customer feedback. Eyerate's service makes it easy for our customers to leave valuable feedback for our company. They create an automatic pathway that allows our customers to leave a review on the platform of our choosing (we prefer Google and Facebook). The leaderboard is amazing as well as it creates friendly competition among the staff to boost their personal reviews. We added 37 new positive Google reviews in one month which is amazing considering our client base consists of 150 people! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem that we have with the EyeRate platform is that we have to manually send in our reports so they can process the messages each day. This is not their fault, however, but our parent company Xponential blocking the reporting. EyeRate is working hard with Xpontential to fix this problem and make the service flawless.
