Very userfriendly. I've worked at a lot of big companies and this is a huge perk of working here, especially as an employee using my benefits. I actually haven't run into any issues, I truly would recommend this for employers looking to streamline their expenses and use a great system. I don't even have a lot of expenses but for somebody that does especially in management this would be an amazing amazing tool. I work in a software company so I know good software when I use it. The customer support is virtually non-existent. The platform duplicates expenses, it has randomly disconnected from our accounts and we've had ongoing issues with they platform pulling in every expense. Thankfully, we have a great bookkeeper who flags when things are missing, but the system doesn't pull in everything, so we are stuck manually inputting expenses and it complicated bookkeeping every month and costs us money and time we don't have as a small business. I’ve used Expensify for a decade and love the app & UI.

I have a few wishes:

1. I wish there were Expensify cards for personal use (currently the cards are only for business expenses)

2. I wish they partnered with banks that are certified B Corporations (like Atmos Bank, Beneficial State Bank, and Climate First Bank) for credit card syncing (rather than only syncing/direct import with credit cards from big oil banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. “If you have $125k in the bank, it’s producing as much carbon as the average American in an average year. The median retirement account for someone in their 60s is $400k—in that case its emissions are dwarfing your daily life.” (Bill McKibben recently blogged about, here: https://billmckibben.substack.com/p/your-money-is-your-carbon)

It's worth what we pay for the service. It provide scanning of receipt and travel expense voucher. It manage the travel spends of employee and provide travel expense report. Expensify is easy to use and intuitive! I had never used it before, but I was up and running within a day. The buttons are all self-explanatory (add a receipt, create a report, etc). I also like that I get e-mail reminders about expenses I haven't submitted yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
