The ease in time necessary to create an expense. Can be done quickly on the phone app whenever, making it less of a hassle to try to submit expenses via computer. Needing to manually click submit after creating a new expense when submitting to managers etc for approval. Sometimes, I'll create an expense and wonder why there's been no movement for my to realize I didn't go back and click submit to forward to managers for approval. I absolutely love Expensify's new interface. It has made the process of submitting expense reports so easy and effortless! With its large, easy-to-read font and 'recently used' category suggestion tool, I no longer have to go through my receipts every month. In addition, expenses can now be completed in three minutes flat - which is much faster than before, thanks to the secure gateway integrated with our company's internal web service provider, which handles all transactions between us quickly. I find Expensify particularly frustrating when reconciling monthly credit card statements, as at least fifty percent of transactions are always duplicated. In addition, the built-in recognition tools for matching purchases to receipts do not provide reliable results, and there does not seem to be an easy or consistent way to upload documents within the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do I dislike? I suppose it took me a while to take it seriously. I've had access to it for a couple years. But it was when they reached out to me and offered to walk me through some of its feature that I got really excited. there's nothing much to be honest but Mobile App Stability is something that can be worked upon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is super easy to submit expenses. Paper receipts can be submitted by a photo on the app. Email receipts can just be forwarded. You can configure multiple email accounts so it can recognize receipts sent to your personal email as well as your corporate email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
